We really enjoyed the space, the pool & the gym. Everything felt clean & the condo was well stocked with kitchen items to cook with & prepare food. The nearby restaurants were very good on the nights we did not want to cook. I really appreciate non-perfumed soaps and detergents and the condo did use some of these.

Very enjoyable stay. Dwelling was all that they indicated. Comfortable bed, reasonable supplies in the kitchen, beautiful area with good walking possibilities. Access to a great golf course. Had some trouble with the TV and it fell on the weekend but they made every effort to fix it and ended up with a box replacement. Fortunately we could manage some stations on the TV to get thru the weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice condo. The location is 20 minutes north of Durango so be prepared to drive a bit to get places. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a little dark as the only light is from the sliding door. Be aware there are 37 stairsteps to get to the condo from the parking lot.

The property was located in a beautiful and scenic area north of Durango. We woke up to wildlife outside the back deck each morning. The condo was nice with the only issue we had being bed linen that didn't appear to have been cleaned as well as they could have been as we found several hairs on the sheets from previous guests. Other than the bed linens, the condo was great! We will definitely enjoy staying at this property again in the future.

Condo was awesome .. property manager and staff awesome .. only thing is if you are handicapped make sure you tell them before you book so they can accommodate you better .. no fault of theirs ..

Info needs update

The unit was well maintained and comfortable. Nice amenities in area and golf. Almost didn’t rent because online info states “queen bed”. Actually has king bed (very comfy) and a Murphy bed (not sure what size). Note there is no dishwasher (hate to wash dishes on vacation) and while it states there are exterior stairs to front door that is understatement. 38 steps to carry luggage. Yikes. Not for everyone.

We had a nice 10 day stay, however the unit is pretty close to the highway so there was a lot of road noise.
