Great location for Sedona Experience

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was an excellent location for visiting the Sedona area attractions. The house was clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were very welcome after days of hiking or shopping!

Great weekend away

We had a great girls weekend in Sedona and this was the perfect house. Close to downtown but still private. Loved the outdoor area and the pool was very relaxing. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook our meals. Would definitely stay again!

House was in a great location and was perfect for our family vacation. We could walk to coffee, groceries and more. House was also stocked nicely with pots, pans, blankets, fans etc.

House easy check in owner contacted me with all information. Check in check out easy. Used hot tub a lot. Didn't heat pool to swim but the waterfall nice feature. Grilled out and ate in one of our 3 nights. Grilled worked great. Garage open and use of garage elwas nice Restaurants and shopping close

Beautiful home less than 3 minutes from 2 gorgeous golf courses

My son and I rented this home for a week. We got 5 rounds of golf in. Location was perfect. Great grocery store within walking distance. Once we got the spa working, things were great. Would absolutely rent again.

Beautiful home, awesome pool, convenient location & gorgeous views!

Our family (including 4 teenagers) absolutely loved this property! The pool was fabulous - both the teenagers and adults LOVED it! This location was a short and scenic 10-minute drive to Sedona, but Oak Creek also had great amenities to choose from. Great little grocery store just down the street for quick stops, Ace Hardware for non-grocery needs, and wonderful coffee shops and restaurants close by. We absolutely LOVE Sedona area and this property and hope to visit again soon!!

Amazing house and location

This is our second time staying at this house and it was as great as the first time. The first time it was just my husband and I and this time we brought our boys. The location is awesome as it's not in the hustle of Sedona and it's really close to a grocery store and several wonderful hikes. The house is very clean and the private pool is the best part of the house. It's a great way to relax and cool down after a morning of hiking and the kids absolutely loved it. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Sedona and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home!

This home is perfect, it met the needs of 2 couples and then some. It is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely red rock views from the backyard/pool & jacuzzi. Huge master bedroom with en suite. It is conveniently located to downtown Sedona and just a 45 minute drive to the eclectic town of Jerome. Many great restaurants to choose from as well as Jeep and trolley tours and ATV rentals. Owners are quick to respond to questions. Enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Very nice & comfortable home.

Location was nice and quiet. I think having more clarity that the hot tub & pool are heated together would be helpful. We didn’t use it because the hot tub wouldn’t have reached a normal hot tub temperature as it was very cold during our visit. Other than that the accommodations were nice.

Nice stay but a lot of rules

My friends and I did enjoy our stay here it is a beautiful home. We did find that there were a LOT of rules to follow, as specific as where to leave the remotes when checking out (leaving them in the wrong spot would charge you a fee). Overall we had no issues but if you would like a worry free stay, this may not be the place for you. The pool is a little bit smaller than looks in the photos!

Mostly great. Not as clean as I’d like. Would still return.

He was clear that the sheets were not fresh in the master bedroom There were no clean towels. We had to wash our own towels. Otherwise it was a terrific experience and I was still return to this location. I reached out via the app to get clarification on spa instructions, and never received a message back.

Great Location

The location was great, however the house was “tired” and needed care. We rated it lower on cleanliness due to the condition of the furniture, mattresses, rugs, carpet, and even the towels. Two of the sinks were clogged and a faucet had a drip. Several lights were burned out. The sofas were completely shot and need to be replaced (one smelled of vomit). The master mattress was also worn out. Would have expected better for the price.

Easy check in and great location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. House is as described. Only issue is we could never get the pool or spa heated. We would have loved to use the spa and our granddaughters still swam but said the water was cold. House is well stocked and clean.

The place was beautiful, well maintained and well stocked. Check in and out were very easy and it was close to so many things. The pool vacuum being in all day everyday and hooked up to a floating tube was definitely annoying when we swam nearly everyday and we tried to stay away from it to avoid unhooking it. Other than that we were very happy about everything. Use of the garage was an added bonus in the Arizona sun. Would definitely come again.

This was the “kid house” for a visit for our cousin’s wedding. It was perfect. Unlike the kids table we all had to sit at growing up, this time, our house was the place to be!! Beautiful home. Well kept. Great host.

A former pilot, Jeff wants to make Sedona his retirement town. Eli, originally from Brazil, wants to bring to the area some of her culture.
