Easy check in and great location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. House is as described. Only issue is we could never get the pool or spa heated. We would have loved to use the spa and our granddaughters still swam but said the water was cold. House is well stocked and clean.

The place was beautiful, well maintained and well stocked. Check in and out were very easy and it was close to so many things. The pool vacuum being in all day everyday and hooked up to a floating tube was definitely annoying when we swam nearly everyday and we tried to stay away from it to avoid unhooking it. Other than that we were very happy about everything. Use of the garage was an added bonus in the Arizona sun. Would definitely come again.

House easy check in owner contacted me with all information. Check in check out easy. Used hot tub a lot. Didn't heat pool to swim but the waterfall nice feature. Grilled out and ate in one of our 3 nights. Grilled worked great. Garage open and use of garage elwas nice Restaurants and shopping close

Great location for Sedona Experience

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was an excellent location for visiting the Sedona area attractions. The house was clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were very welcome after days of hiking or shopping!

This was the “kid house” for a visit for our cousin’s wedding. It was perfect. Unlike the kids table we all had to sit at growing up, this time, our house was the place to be!! Beautiful home. Well kept. Great host.

Extreme Heat Getaway

Swimming, Comfy Beds, Grilling, ....everything you need to make your experience pleasant and fun. Just a couple of small minor details that the cleaning crew need to be made aware of and it would be immaculate.

House was in a great location and was perfect for our family vacation. We could walk to coffee, groceries and more. House was also stocked nicely with pots, pans, blankets, fans etc.

Nice stay but a lot of rules

My friends and I did enjoy our stay here it is a beautiful home. We did find that there were a LOT of rules to follow, as specific as where to leave the remotes when checking out (leaving them in the wrong spot would charge you a fee). Overall we had no issues but if you would like a worry free stay, this may not be the place for you. The pool is a little bit smaller than looks in the photos!

This house was the perfect place for our vacation. The home had everything we needed and wanted. The neighborhood was beautiful. Fantastic location for anything we wanted to do. There were only two of us but had plenty of room for 2 to 4 more people.

Great location and lovely home

Jeff was very responsive to us, and this location (a little south of town) is quieter and has easy access to Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. There is a very nice grocery store (Clark's) up the street, and our kids enjoyed using the jacuzzi and pool. We would definitely return to this property!

Beautiful home less than 3 minutes from 2 gorgeous golf courses

My son and I rented this home for a week. We got 5 rounds of golf in. Location was perfect. Great grocery store within walking distance. Once we got the spa working, things were great. Would absolutely rent again.

A former pilot, Jeff wants to make Sedona his retirement town. Eli, originally from Brazil, wants to bring to the area some of her culture.
