Vår svit erbjuder cirka 1 000 sf för en eller två personer, två par eller en familj med barn 13 år eller äldre. Hela lägenheten byggdes nyligen 2017. Det är funktionellt, mysigt och flera steg ovanför ett hotellrum, lägenhet eller radhus. Denna fastighet ligger i slutet av en lugn cul-de-sac med utsikt över byn Oak Creek i ett vackert, avskilt område, och ligger nära National Forest Service och en fräsch grön farled på Sedona Golf Resort. Bakgrunden till skogstjänsten och golfbanan skapar ett 365-graders panorama över de röda klipporna - inklusive Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte och Cathedral Rock.

Fastigheten har tillgång till trädgården till vandring, mountainbike och promenader på golfbanan. Kel Fox Trail är en måttlig 2. 5 mil vandring inom gångavstånd från bostaden. One with nature

The home was beautiful comfortable, peaceful and well stocked with everything one would need. The surrounding area was full of wildlife which we enjoyed seeing. We especially enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee each morning. We hope to stsyvagain sometime!

Peaceful stay in Sedona

We were looking for a quiet getaway in Sedona for a couple of hikes and rest/relaxation. This location delivered! The area was very quiet and we found perfect hikes for us nearby at Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. We took advantage of the golf course for an evening walk and enjoyed seeing 7-8 deer. We oped to make good use of a nearby grocery store (Clark's Market) and cooked most meals in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we used the TV to watch a couple of movies. Our only meal "out" was Pisa Lisa, which had great pizza. Overall, this stay was everything we were looking for in a getaway.

Thanksgiving in Sedona

We had an amazing stay for our thanksgiving holiday! Nancy was a wonderful host, very attentive and responsive, with endless suggestions on how to have a wonderful time in the Sedona area. We spent our days hiking, and this was the perfect place to unwind in peace and quiet and rest up for the next day’s adventure!

Truly a “home away from home”. Nancy and Doug are fabulous hosts who have thought of everything. Their home is meticulously clean, well stocked and in a beautiful neighborhood with breathtaking views of the red rocks We highly recommend this lovely home.

Fantastic! Wonderful location. Relaxing and accommodating

The Fitzpatricks were wonderful hosts. Generous and willing to provide any and all information. The apartment was great and perfect for us. I would recommend staying in Oak Creek, about 8 miles from the center of Sedona and the Fitzpatrick property is perfect.

The fitz ritz is awesome, clean and beautiful!

I always enjoy staying at the fitz ritz. Doug and Nancy are excellent hosts that make you feel loved and welcome. Everything is well furnished and clean. It’s quite and very calming as you relax and enjoy the amazing views. I highly recommend it 😃

Great Place to Stay

This was our 41st wedding anniversary and this was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. The location was in a very quiet and peaceful setting. The views were also amazing. The home has everything you need to make you feel like you’re at home. Nancy our host met us when we arrived and helped to recommend what activities to consider, where to hike and where to eat. We just thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be back.

Comfortable Residence:/Great Location

We stayed at this property for four nights. It was quiet and comfortable. About 20 minutes from Uptown Sedona. About 5 minutes to the Bell Rock Trailhead. Nice hike. The owner Nancy welcomed us and showed us the accommodations. Clean and comfortable.

Perfect location

This property has everything you need! We came back again because of how great it is. The location is away from the hustle and bustle yet close to all of the beautiful rock formations. There is a grocery store less than 2 miles away, a coffee shop, cafe, and a few restaurants to choose from. We like coming to a Fritz Ritz mainly because of the location. It’s perfect!

Beautiful Sedona

We loved our stay at this property. Nancy was an amazing host. Super thoughtful and helpful. We traveled with a baby and Nancy provided hiking and activity ideas. The property was super clean and located in the Village of Oak Creek. The views of the red rocks were incredible. All in all we loved our stay and loved Sedona. Highly recommend.

Very nice accomodations!

The apartment was fresh, very clean and private. It had all the amenities we could have wanted including curling irons, hair blower, soaps, shampoo, hair conditioner, kitchen necessities and more. The fresh flowers and snacks were very welcoming. Doug and Nancy were very gracious hosts. They offered to help us plan our stay in Sedona. We would rent again.

Lovely home away from home

Nancy met us in person when we got there and she was so nice and helpful about everything from food to activities and hiking. She did everything she could to make our stay incredible and was super responsive when I had questions. The apartment was super clean and the beds were soooooo comfortable. She had so many nice touches in the apartment and everything you could ever need. It was just like being at home except on vacation! So grateful for Nancy and Doug was having us!

Great Location

What a great location near restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and Sedona. Sadly during our visit it rained most of the time, but we had a very nice time. The place is in an area with little traffic for easy to do walks in the neighborhood. The hosts compiled a comprehensive book for visitors with recommendations for whatever you're in the area to do. The WiFi and TV worked just fine and my only issue was I'm a light sleeper and slept in the back bedroom and the heater was a bit noisy when it come on.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

The apartment is central to several trail heads, shopping, and restaurants. The views are beautiful, the property is in a quiet neighborhood with a side yard that provides seating to enjoy a meal or to just sit and enjoy the views and the peacefulness. The apartment is very cozy, clean and well equipped. Nancy and Doug are very communicative, responsive and warm hosts. We were greeted upon arrival by the smiling hosts, awaiting us inside were fresh roses, sparkling juice and chocolates. Publications provided gave us ideas for trails not as well known and we were able to avoid the large crowds hiking during spring break. Nancy and Doug also provided weekend inserts from the newspaper that helped us find entertainment to enjoy while there. We saw a play in Flagstaff, a concert is Cottonwood and heard a comedian in Sedona - all thanks to their thoughtfulness. We have stayed in numerous vacation rental properties but the Fitz Ritz and its hosts are our favorites. We will be back!

Incredible!

My husband and I stayed here for a week. There is nothing more to say other than spectacular! The views from the yard area are breathtaking. Nancy could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I’d come back in a minute. The ease to get to everywhere from here is perfect. Great hiking nearby. Terrific restaurants, great golf (well the course, not our golf scores) but the views made it all worthwhile. I could go on and on, but you get the point. You won’t be disappointed.

Sedona Getaway

WOW!!!! Everything regarding this apartment exceeded our expectations, Including the view and location. What what made this experience really awesome and unique were all the special touches provided by the hosts. All the amneneties of home were waiting our arrival such as fresh flowers, chocolates, wine cooler, toiletries, bottled water, soda, hiking pass and the most perfect dining/entertainment reccomendations. The hosts were perfect in every way. They were available when needed but never intruded on our privacy. We would highly recommend and plan on returning.

Home away from home!

Could not be more pleased with this place! Nancy is the ultimate host and has truly thought of everything for your needs during your stay at her little bungalow! Most well appointed VRBO, I’ve ever stayed at. The apartment is located in a very quiet beautiful subdivision, surrounded by a golf course. The views are truly incredible. Whether you’re sitting in the front room or you’re outside in the rock garden. Just absolutely stunning! Just a short drive to the red rocks of Sedona and lots of places to eat all around the area. Nancy also has lots of information about Sedona in the apartment so it’s like having a little travel tourist center at your fingertips. Really looking forward to coming back and staying here again! Thanks so much Nancy and Doug for making me feel at home while away from home!

Oak Creek

Our stay at Fitz Ritz was wonderful! Before we arrived the owners emailed us about getting reservations for activities ahead of time due to the busy time of the year which was very helpful. We used their restaurant recommendations and ate at some great places! The apartment itself had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was huge, and the kitchen was well stocked, including starter items like olive oil and butter. They provided us with hiking trail information and since it was a holiday week we decided that the owners had the best info and chose those trails. We were not disappointed. The photos show the outdoor space, but what you don't realize until you are there is how large it is and how peaceful. The views from the courtyard are amazing and it is a great place to relax. You can hike right out of the yard. The walk on the golf course path after hours is definitely worth doing. We took a side trip up to the Grand Canyon and the owners offered up a cooler and chairs for us to take along. We found this super convenient. The owners were incredibly nice, communicated often to be sure we had everything we needed, and made our stay very pleasant.

Cozy Space with a Scenic View

When booking our trip to Sedona, I wanted to make sure I found a cozy private space with a great view and close access to all of the hikes we wanted to do on the trip. After seeing all of the 5 star reviews on Fitz Ritz, I clicked on the property and saw it had all of the amenities we were looking for, primarily the full kitchen and the Red Rock park pass. The kitchen is always a major selling point for us as a couple who loves to cook every day, even on vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots, pans, dishes, cutting boards, knives, etc. These were quality cookware too - much better than most rental properties. Having the Red Rock Park Pass to use on the trip was essential since we were doing one or two hikes every day (and saved us the money to buy one ourselves for the trip.) This was super convenient and much appreciated! To top things off, the bed was really comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping in new places, but I felt very cozy here and got the best sleep of my life. The view is great, the outdoor space was fantastic (we watched the sun set every day while eating dinner out there), the neighborhood is super quiet, you can see the stars, the location is safe and convenient, and Nancy was a fantastic host. I would love to come back in the future!

The absolute best

My husband and I have stayed at Nancy & Doug’s property twice now. There is absolutely nothing bad to say. Nancy always reaches out to be sure everything is acceptable. We love the location. In a nice quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Great restaurants, close to great hikes, and a short drive to Sedona jokes as well.

Absolutely perfect!

Nancy was very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and included special touches like a bouquet of roses and sparking juice (I don’t drink alcohol) to welcome us. We chose Nancy and Doug’s for the spectacular views and were not disappointed. The view of the red rocks including Bell Rock was phenomenal as were the stars, which is one of the reasons we booked. The location allowed us to take the back way when needed and avoid heavy Sedona traffic. We really appreciated having the side yard to ourselves — to watch the birds in the mornings and evenings. From the ample lawn furniture to all of the details inside like the fully stocked kitchen we felt well cared for. I also appreciated all of the extra blankets, heaters, etc. since I tend to be cold. For the first time at a short term rental, I can honestly say that everything was perfect! We would definitely return.

Love the Fitz Ritz

This place was amazing! Nancy thought of every detail! From a very sweet welcome of fresh flowers and chocolate to the comprehensive list of restaurants and information to make our stay most enjoyable. The views of Bell Rock, the quiet location and the abundance of wild life, all make this an ideal spot for vacation and enjoying the beauty and tranquility of Sedona.

I love Sedona and look forward to sharing our beautiful little slice of Sedona with you. I moved here as a new bride 40 years ago after a stay in Sedona with friends. We raised and home schooled our 2 beautiful daughters and cheered them on in soccer, softball, swim team, basketball and volleyball here, built a commercial building, The Fitzpatrick Building located in Bell Rock Plaza where my husband has his law practice. I worked as a radio broadcaster but mostly worked as a Dental Hygienist with one year working in beautiful Bern, Switzerland! For 7 years I worked as a Realtor but now work as a Legal Assistant and I am available to assist you in answering any questions you may have to make visiting Sedona your best trip ever.

For the elevation, views, stars and clear skies, privacy and desirable neighborhood. It is very peaceful with no traffic noise, lots of birds and wildlife including deer, elk, cattle, coyotes even an occasional bobcat, mountain lion or snake! Our acre borders the forest service so there is often natural animal kingdom entertainment.
