Great location

The condo was everything we needed for our stay at Orange Beach. It was super convenient to get to the beach, the view was great and the condo was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable! It was easy to get a hold of the property manager they were extremely responsive.

You get what you pay for

The parking is horrible they say they monitor for parking passes but I saw vehicles the whole week without them! The master bedroom has a broken seal on the door that was taped on I guess as a quick fix it stays hot in the master bedroom all day at night it’s decent. The power flickers even when no storm is present. And the condo management company is garbage they don’t care about anything you ask they just want you off the phone. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also everything is outdated and old. Go ahead and spend a little bit more and get something way better

Great Place

The room was great location was great can’t wait to stay there again only issue we had was the air went out and the a/c guy said the unit was very old and needs replaced once it was serviced it worked for the rest of our stay.

Nightmare......beware!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floor was filthy. Going barefoot, the bottom of our feet became very dirty right out of the shower. Had to wear shoes or our feet turned black. Chair rental company completely blocked off the beach with their stuff. I put my chairs and umbrellas (2) up at daylight. The guy setting up got their umbrella so close that when they opened it, it was overhanging mine by 2’. I tried asking him to move it a bit and he went to screaming at me. I called 911 and 2 officers came out. I wound up moving my stuff. The trip went south from there. Someone put a 3’ scratch down the side of my vehicle. There are 49 units on this side with only 35 parking spaces. Each unit is allowed two permits, you do the math! We, and several other vehicles had to park on the grass out by the road. Not one person has offered to refund anything. Never again here......

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week was great. Our condo was fair. This is our 5th time staying at Lei Lani. The unit was clean, but it needed some attention! The sheets on the master bed did not fit! It was like they had used a queen fitted sheet on a king bed. The a/c thermostat was difficult to operate. It stormed several times while we were there and the wind was coming through the closed patio doors, they need resealed. The beach was beautiful and overall our stay was great. We will be coming back!

Loved our stay. Beach is beautiful and stores are pretty close. I wouldn’t say walking distance unless you’re ready for 1/4 mile walk but not bad. Property itself was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Reviewer Comments: Lovely, peaceful locationComfortable balcony to watch many dolphins swim by daily, marred only by constant smokers who violated the no smoking policy and no recourse for us but to go inside all the time.We always expect cold nights in February but the sliding patio door in main bedroom leaked so much cold air that the drapes moved a lot! We did need to turn heat on to offset the cold bedroom. The toilet paper holder in main bath kept falling off. If these items are corrected, Lei Lani would be more comfortable for a 13 night stay.We have rented via Gulf Shores Rentals over the year with high success. This property did not seem to fit their high standard that we associate with their name. We would not recommend this property at this time.

Needs Updating

The overall property needs a refresh! This particular unit needs a major update. We blew a fuse twice while trying to blow dry and curl our hair. Living room furniture is very old! The upside is it has great views and a good location.

Perfect location!

Overall was a great stay. It was the perfect location and condo was right on the beach. The condo was clean. It did feel a little out dated but still comfortable to stay in. Had everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. The balcony is very spacious and my son loved sitting out there watching the boats every morning. Would probably book there again.

The condo was okay, we have stayed in much nicer units at Lei Lani. The unit needs some updating. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, some of the pillows did not have a pillow case.
