In the heart of traditional buildings, discover a contemporary apartment rental with bright hues, 10 meters from the beach. The residence consists of 5 small buildings.
With family or friends, a swimming pool of 100 m2 (not heated before June) with paddling pool welcomes you from April to September in a vast green garden.
Please note: Scaffolding works in progress in the residence.
Work will be carried out on the commune of Fouesnant (Avenue de la pointe de Cap-Coz, Rue de KersilÚs and Hent Treuz) from February until the end of April 2025 and will be able to disrupt traffic near the residence. For more information, please consult the development plan available on the website of the Communauté de Communes du Pays Fouesnantais.
Accommodation: Your vacation rental includes : 1 living room, 1 sleeping alcove, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony and 1 parking.
