Our bright and modern flat is on the ground floor and consists of a living space of 40sq. m. It includes :
- a large, bright living area with double bed and dining area,
- an access to the garden,
- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, hot plaques, dish washer, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- TV and WIFI,
- vacuum cleaner, household products, hairdryer, ironing equipment and wardrobe,
- a private parking.

## Neighborhood

Located at the heart of the village of Seynod, this flat will be a perfect start to visit Annecy and the surrounding mountains. From the bus stop 500m away, a bus will take you to Annecy city-center in 20 minutes, where you will be able to visit the Palais de l’Île and the castle, enjoy the Casino or the lovely gardens along the lake. A public swimming pool close to the flat will also relax you.
Thanks to the quick access from the highway (8 min from the way out Annecy-Centre), you could access easily to all the nice beaches of the Annecy lake, or go to La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand ski stations.
