We visit Gulfport occasionally since my son is in school here. Of all the hotels and STRs we’ve stayed at, this one is my favorite. Perfect for two people. We loved the back deck and drinks and coffee (sugar and cream) were provided. We will definitely be back.

Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to walk you through the operation of the system or address any concerns right away. Unfortunately, since no issue was reported during your stay, we didn't have the opportunity to help or resolve your issue. We want every guest to have a comfortable experience and encourage guests to reach out immediately if anything isn't meeting their expectations so we can assist as quickly as possible.

I whole heartedly encourage renting this property. This property is extremely clean and very inviting!! From the moment we walked into the home we were wowed by the attention to detail. The decor is spectacular and fun. Uncle Finley provides many extras such as juice, water, pop, milk, and condiments and that’s just in the kitchen. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided for enjoyment of the beach. Air conditioning works well, appliances are clean and well maintained. Washer and dryer are conveniently located and work well. Communication is easy and Uncle Finley is quick to respond and very accommodating. We felt at home in this well maintained centrally located home. We were discovering little pieces of enjoyment for our whole stay. The small details in a home that bring a smile to your face. The neighborhood has many opportunities for shopping and eating along with an art gallery that is well worth a visit! Tuesdays are farmers market days from 9-2, so much fun! The beach has sand volleyball courts and is very clean and relaxing. There are 2 ice cream shops within a block of this home…an ice cream lovers dream!! We will frequent this home as often as we are in Gulf Port and encourage others to do the same!!

Wonderfu!!

This is the best place we have ever stayed at! Location is perfect and the accomodations are lovely! Just the right size for two people and everything is very comfortable. We hope to return next year.

Great Stay at Uncle Finley's

Great studio in Gulfport! Uncle Finley provided all we needed for a very comfortable stay. They have used the space very efficiently and have a fabulous, eclectic art collection totally representative of the quirky neighborhood. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family who are coming to visit.

Captures Gulfport's Personality Perfectly

We came to do a final inspection on a house we are building in Gulfport and can't imagine a better place to kick off our next adventure in Gulfport. This house is fabulous and represents all the uniquely wonderful aspects of Gulfport -- friendly, welcoming and a little wacky. We loved it and you will too. The location is absolutely perfect!

The house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful well kept home right on the corner of beautiful Gulfport Beach. Within two blocks walking distance, you have everything you could possibly want. If you’re into the nightlife Friday nights seem to be the busier nights. We loved our stay and hopefully when we come down next time, it will be available. The host made sure that no extras went unseen. They really have thought of everything. We couldn’t have been happier.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It"s walking distance to the Gulfport Beach, Pier and many many shops and restaurants! There's also a Tuesday Morning farmers market, a First Friday and Third Saturday Night Art Walk right outside !! It's also a fifteen minute drive to St. Pete Beach and Downtown St. Pete!! Guests have access to the entire rear studio apartment of the duplex!!
