Helt ny stuga som kan vara ditt "hem hemifrÄn" nÀr du Àr pÄ PEI? Denna nya byggnad ligger pÄ Sunset Lane i den pittoreska landsidan av Clinton med utsikt över floden Sou'west. Stugan har en ICF-grund med 4 'frostvÀggar, vilket hjÀlper till att hÄlla saker mysiga. NÀr du vÀl Àr inne hittar du en ren och ljus layout med vita ytbehandlingar och tak med trÀbjÀlkar. Alla nya apparater i köket avrundar den moderna men tröstande kÀnslan av det öppna konceptets vardagsrum. Var och en av de tre sovrummen har en stor garderob, med befÀlhavaren har en dubbel garderob och eget badrum tillgÄng till badrummet. Det andra hela badet har en ny tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare sida vid sida. Strax utanför köket hittar du en stor skÄp vid sidodörren. Drottning sÀngar i master och 2: a sovrum med en vÄningssÀng i 3: e sovrummet med dubbla och enkla madrasser. Utsikt över floden frÄn fram- och sidodÀcken fÄr dig att Àlska livet. Hot tub som ska installeras och tas i drift utanför huvuddÀcket före juni 2020. TrÄdlöst internet, 3 smarta tv-apparater med satellit, Xbox One med spel för barnen. Du Àr bara fem minuter till mÀsterskapsgolfbanor, tvÄ minuter till Clinton Hills. Stugan har allt du kan önska dig, kom koppla av och njut av din vistelse i PEIs paradis.

Darcy was very helpful and responsive to all our concerns and inquires. The property was very clean and in good condition. There is 1 tub/ shower combo and 1 walk in shower. No ceiling fans, so we brought a table top fan for the bedroom. We had permission to bring our two dogs. We enjoyed the view, the quiet and the partially covered deck that provided shade, if you wanted it. The outdoor furniture is wood, so we brought camp chairs. Lovely relaxing stay.

Emplacement parfait pour nous. TrĂšs paisible avec une vue superbe. À proximitĂ© des plages et de la ville. La maison est trĂšs propre, assez grande pour une famille et tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires y sont. Il y a seulement les matelas qui sont plus ou moins confortables mais sinon, sĂ©jour parfait!

Great vacation getaway

We stayed for three nights. All were adults. The accommodation was super. Lots of room for everyone. The grounds and Cottage were pristine. Our little dog had so much fun running through the fields. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

The location was beautiful and the cottage was spacious, airy and well equipped. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful when we experienced issues with the Wifi. Our family of 5 fully enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others looking for a quiet place to stay on the island

Wonderful and peaceful stay

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful cottage in PEI. It was very clean and looked very brand new inside. The cottage had everything we needed. It was a short drive to a local town to grab some groceries. It was 20 minutes to Cavendish and Cavendish beach. It felt like home. The only downside was not booking it for longer.

Overall great house, Close enough and far enough from everything all in the same. Central to get to all areas of the island but nice and private. Great sunsets every night from the deck.

Even Better than Advertised!

Visiting PEI is always special, and having a lovely cottage as a home base for two weeks made our time on the island even more enjoyable. It was well appointed, clean, comfortable and tranquil. We lacked nothing. Our host, Darcy, was wonderful. We would definitely love to return to 41 Sunset Lane!

Beautiful cabin with gorgeous view

The pictures don’t do this cabin justice. The inside is quaint, clean and comfortable and the deck was lovely to have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and relax. We enjoyed our stay so much! I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, spotless, well equipped

Would stay again, nice view from back deck, very private, quiet. Great location away from heavily touristed areas, but convenient to every corner of the island.
