Relax with the entire family in this four season home located within a private community in Long River Prince Edward Island.
Breathtaking views of the water, hills and the valley.
Enjoy the incredible sunsets from the front deck or private balcony off the primary bedroom. Take a stroll down to the water's edge and dock.
Wall to wall windows flood the living room and kitchen with natural light. Walk out to the large deck offering a seating area and BBQ.
At night let your breath be taken away by the ocean of stars in the sky. Sit around the fire pit making s'mores and lasting memories while star gazing and dreaming.
A short drive to the north shore beaches including Cavendish and Thunder Cove beach, just to name a few, and many other attractions.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there's space to comfortably accommodate 8 people.
The primary bedroom is on the second level and features a king bed, an en-suite bath, a remote workstation and private balcony. This bedroom has an amazing view that can be enjoyed from the sitting area.
The second bedroom, also on the second level, features a queen bed, en-suite bath and a remote workstation and sitting area.
On the main floor you will find the third bedroom that features two double beds. This bedroom has access to the main floor three piece bathroom.
A fully stocked kitchen awaits with features including both a Nespresso and a French Press.
The home is also equipped with an automatic switching whole home generator that powers the home in the event electric grid goes down.
Pets are welcome.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We simply fell in love with the views and the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
First and foremost, I think the views from the primary bedroom or the open concept living room and kitchen are incredible. You can't help yourself from pausing for a moment to take in the world and be at peace. It's a wonderful experience to watch the eagles flying while you enjoy your morning coffee. At night let your breath be taken away by the ocean of stars in the sky.
Secondly the location. We are in a very small community of homes which makes for a safe and quiet place to relax. We are also centrally located on PEI, from which you can easily explore the island from tip to tip.
Thirdly without a doubt, simply from the perspective of comfort and convenience. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms; two of which are en-suite. This allows multi families or groups to share the home comfortably.
