Our records show that a maintenance technician did enter the unit on the 11th with permission and addressed the reported issue at that time. We do apologize that we did not provide a follow-up update afterward, as that is certainly something we aim to improve on. Had the issue persisted after the repair, we would have been happy to send the technician back out if we had been notified, as we want to ensure everything is fully resolved during our guests’ stays.
