Very Damp property. Mold on bathroom ceiling was very concerning.Front door didn’t seem secure at all.NOT worth the high price.Nice view however

From the time of booking, to our time of departure, Ronna made our experience enjoyable! This is a beautiful, perfectly located, condo on the beach with all the amenities we enjoyed. We will definitely be back :)

Spring break without kids 😊

This is our 2nd stay at Dune Villas. Love the location and easy beach access. The view is amazing. Everything was clean and the pictures are very accurate of the unit. We would definitely stay here again!

most convenient!

this is the best villa we have stayed in at dune villas and we have stay in 4! so convenient with babies and toddlers, the best view, the babies could play right on the deck, CLEAN, and updated! I will stay here again and be telling everyone about it!

Excellent location and views!

We stayed in Dune Villas, 1A, the ground floor condo on the end of the complex, with a great view of the beach. Because we were on the end, there was no foot traffic going by. The unit was clean and very convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. There is a private beach for residents/guests of the small complex, which is really nice. Property was clean and well-stocked with kitchen basics and cleaning stuff. Stacked washer and dryer. We were very pleased with this rental.

Perfect getaway

We were very happy with this location! It was my husband and myself with our two little boys. We found it to be an excellent location with a gorgeous view, easy access to the ocean with all the extras. Ronna was amazing at responding to any questions we had and the bed was comfortable. I wish it had a bathtub for the littles but we made do with just a shower. Biking was also a huge plus and conveniently located across the street. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Vacay

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 year old July 2023. We have stayed in Seagrove before and always love the location for the main reason of the beach not being crowded! Its so nice coming to the beach and not having 4 rows of chairs on the beach! The condo was very clean and accommodating! We enjoyed being beach front and the pool was an added joy for my toddler. There are stairs at the condo but they are not bad. The condo was beautifully renovated and decorated! There is a pull out couch and cot available as well!

The ultimate "on the beach" stay

Everything was perfect! We were looking for a relaxing few days at a place right on the beach...and that is exactly what we received. It was so amazing to pull right up to the home, park the car for a few days, walk a few steps and spend our days soaking in the beauty of the beach. We had breathtaking views from the dining room and family room. We dined in a few times and we really enjoyed seafood from Reel Em In right across the street. We were also minutes away from wonderful restaurants. We spent hours on the porch overlooking the white sand beach and incredible blue waters. The sunsets will take your breath away! We went for long walks on the beach any time we wanted just by walking out the door. We could go back and forth from the condo to the beach all day with zero hassle. The place was supplied with everything we needed. Ronna was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for the ultimate "on the beach" getaway, this is it!

Location!

We have been vacationing to this area 1-2 times a year for the last 14 years. We have only stayed in the same place twice. This was by far the best location to get to places we like to go and this condo is directly on the beach! We sat on the couch and just stared at the ocean. The back porch has seating to be able to sit and enjoy the view too. It was great to be able to run back and forth from the condo down to the beach and not have to worry about packing up each time. Literally steps away from being in your spot on the beach. You are close enough to Seaside to walk. The Publix is about 1.5 miles away for groceries. There is a great coffee shop about 200 yards down the street that serves Organic coffee, organic juice drinks, and organic salads, and organic fruit bowls. We were there everyday. This is a for sure condo to come back to. The owner communicated extremely well.

Unbeatable view and location. The private beach allowed plenty of room for guests staying at the property, without being crowded like the nearby public beaches. Unit is located within walking distance of Cafe Thirty-A and Prema Organic Coffee Shop. We rented electric bicycles to easily access the other neighboring towns. I will recommend this rental to anyone that asks for suggestions in the area, and will also be renting again in the future!
