Detta är en Gulf Front 3 sovrum, 3 badrum radhus. På andra våningen ligger Gulf Front master king sovrum med privat balkong för att njuta av panoramautsikten över den vackra Mexikanska viken med en 42 '' smart TV och kabel och dessutom ett 2: a våningen gäst kung sovrum med privat badrum.

Sovrummet på första våningen med två enkelsängar över hela futon-kojer, detta rum har en 40''Smart-TV för att hyra filmer via Netflix (ingen kabel). Du kan gå direkt från bakdörren till detta radhus till stranden. Detta radhus har en täckt uteplats för din njutning, med en extra träterrass som går längden på fastigheten.

Amazing Location - Dated Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing - can't beat that. The unit is not updated, especially outdated bathrooms. The family room furniture is old/dirty. It needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. The unit had musty/moldy odor.

Kitchen was stocked with all tools needed even large pan for shrimp boil. Downstairs room got a little warm at night but there were box fans in the closet we used. The out door furniture was rusted with 1 chair broken but the indoor was updated and had everything we needed.

Great Townhome and Location

The town home was clean and the view cannot be beat. The only con I had was the patio furniture needs updated. It is severely rusted and did not seem safe with two little ones. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very impressed by Benchmark Management and their prompt responses to our requests and inquiries. We have enjoyed coming down to Seacrest and love the location of Blue 9! We hope to return next year. One suggestion I didn't mention earlier in my check out, you might have printed and laminated instructions for the technologically challenged renters on exactly how to use the living room television. Then patio furniture is old and rusting out, unfortunately during our stay 2 of the chairs broke as one of the ladies was sitting in it (not a large lady, and just sitting at the table enjoying a cocktail waiting for the sunset).

The kitchen has a great assortment of cookware and gadgets. The sliding glass door is very sturdy and could use a new handle. My guess is just the weight of the door has worn the handle. Definitely Interested in this unit next year.
