Beläget på Gulf Front på motorväg 30A i Seacrest, är B202 en lägenhet på andra våningen som har hisnande 180 graders utsikt över vita sockersandstränderna och smaragdgröna vatten i Mexikanska golfen.

Den privata oasen som heter Monterey ligger inbäddat mellan Rosemary Beach och Seagrove Beach. Tillbringa din nästa semester som sitter på linda runt balkongen och titta på de magnifika soluppgångar och solnedgångar, leka i sanden och surfa eller ta dopp i den uppvärmda poolen.

Great Ocean View and Beach Accessability

Second floor view provides excellent180 degree view of beach. Great layout for family interaction. Had a couple maintenance issues which were quickly addressed by property owner.

Breathtaking Views

Unbelievable view the second you walk down the hallway. The balcony is spacious, and the condo was so cute. Access to the condo, pool, and beach was so easy! Great bed/bath configuration with the bunk situation. The complimentary beach chair rental was amazing! Only 2 gripes, which didn’t deter us from having a great time, are the WIFI was spotty at times when some of us were doing work on laptops, and the kitchen isn’t stocked great with oven mitts, kitchen towels, and measuring spoons. Bring trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex - I know those are things you typically have to supply in a rental, so just FYI!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Monterey Condos, unit B202, and it felt like coming home. Finding a 3 bed/3 bath unit (plus a cute cubbie area with a bunk bed) that is ideally situated on a private beach, is very clean, provides all the amenities needed, great balcony overlooking the ocean, close enough to easily bike to Rosemary Beach, and reasonably priced is almost impossible, but we found it! nice pool too. Benchmark Management was great to deal with. Great communication, not text/email overload! They were helpful with bike rentals which are dropped off, locked and ready for us. And beach chair setups which are easy to reserve, waiting for you on the beach. I’d highly recommend B202 and Benchmark Management

Wonderful stay! Vacay August 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation was absolutely spectacular! The Monterey Condo complex was perfect! Having a gated community added to the experience, eliminating any parking issues one might ever encounter. Our condo B202 was beautifully appointed, with incredible views. The bedding was so comfortable and the ensuite baths were perfect! Beach chair set up daily was yet another luxury that we weren't accustomed to, and something that we will want going forward. We had no issues during our stay!Food choices in the area are wonderful! Our favorite by far was Cafe30A and Great Southern Cafe. Seaside will not disappoint!

Nice time on the beach

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Monterey however when we arrived the condo unit didn't not seem to be cleaned very good and there were some bug issues throughout the week. We also notices that the overall property was lacking in upkeep. The pool was dirty and had trash around many of the days. The stairs down to the beach had a few nails sticking up that we had to make sure to avoid stepping on. But the location and the condo unit itself were great. It was a good space for our family.

Great location, janky condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location but for the amount we paid for our stay, the owners could put some $ into repairs. The WiFi went off almost every time we watched tv at night. We had our 10 month old sleeping in a pack and play in one of the extra bedrooms. The light randomly turned on in the middle of the night a couple of times, waking our baby up. The door to the patio in the master bedroom is broken and there are labels all around the condo with weird rules (don’t turn this on, this is broken don’t use, etc). I think the biggest complaint would be that there were no beach towels, cooking supplies and not one bottle of cleaning supplies. How can you be a beach condo without beach towels? We traveled from across the country and to have to go purchase all of these things for the short amount of time that were there makes no sense. Lastly, the first day of our arrival our door code stopped working. We went to the beach with our son and didn’t want to bring our phones so we wrote the code down and put it under the doormat; when we came back it would not work. We he’d to knock on the neighbors door and my husband ended up crawling from their patio to ours...not ideal. We didn’t make a stink about all of this to management because quite honestly the last thing you want to do on vacation is sit around waiting for a maintenance person. Management solved the code once we called them and they were great to work with, so I’ll give them that! Next time we would be open to trying another condo (if they have more supplies), otherwise an Airbnb makes a lot more sense and is more cost efficient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is really nice and has great ocean views. Facility has good grills and a very nice pool. This unit has poor WiFi (so don’t think about working here) and one bath tub took 5-6 hours to drain after a shower. Had a dishwasher issue and they came quickly to address. It wasn’t broken just had to tweak a couple rollers to get it to work each time

The complex had a construction dumpster holding household trash. It was there the entire week as it was piled up past the top of container. This was very unsanitary. I’m surprised this is allowed.

The kitchen was sparsely equipped, but we were only here for a few days and ate out a good bit. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Access to the beach and the pool were so convenient. The walk to the shops was a mile or more- we walked every day! The only negative to our stay ws the place was not clean. Our feet were dirty from the floors. It looked like someone cleaned it quickly and never mopped a floor or vacuumed.

Amazing Monterey

Clean, great layout, plenty of room for 6 adults. View of the beach was ideal. Very short, easy walk to the beach. The complex as a whole was also very clean and maintained. Never heard the neighbors, very good sound proofing. Benchmark Management’s communication, helpful info and response to questions made the visit easy and stress free We would definitely return to this property

We got the chance to spend our holidays and NYE here and had a wonderful time. The view was incredible and the location was perfect. Walking distance from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Great communication with the owner... Thanks a lot!
