Really lovely apartment- opposite a little park which has some interesting events going on. There’s a bar around the corner (Irish pub) which is very welcoming. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it is quite calm and cool. We had such a wonderful stay in Memphis- friendly people, welcoming atmosphere and loads to see and do. Jon the owner is exceptionally helpful and communicative Thankyou Jon!

Property very nice. Very clean. However i would not stay here again due to the location. It is a convenient walk to everywhere but we did not feel safe. I’d prefer to stay in a hotel if i returned to this area

Property was exactly as pictured. Location was great for seeing the sights. Trolley stop right around the corner for those times when it was a little too far to walk.

Marvelous time in Memphis

This charming artistically decorated condo is perfect for staying in Memphis. Close to everything by walking or jump on the cable car. A great respite in the evenings right across from a beautiful park. A joy to stay here for sure.

Lovely Condo

We had a lovely stay with friends in this very stylish and well appointed condo. Communication with the host was always prompt and he provided lots of useful tips on restaurants and getting around town. If our travels every take us to Memphis again we would book this condo again.

We came as a family with an 8yr old daughter. Downtown is like any other downtown. (We are from Los Angeles) The unit itself was great and the host was very helpful and responsive. Great place for two couples!

Mom's 60th Birthday Trip

we enjoyed the stay. The photos don't do justice. the property is well furnished and decorated. We stayed midweek so we were able to get metered parking. The property does have an elevator. That was a plus being on the 3rd floor. easy property access. Overlooking a park from the balcony. easy walk to Peabody to watch the ducks. Thank you

Great Spacious Place

Jon's place is in a great location in downtown Memphis. I was able to walk to all the places that I wanted to and the penthouse was not only clean but very comfortable. There's a lot of room to just lounge around and I love all the natural light that comes into the penthouse. Jon was easy to work with and I would recommend this to anyone coming to Memphis!

Honeymoon & 10 year Anniversary

We had a great time the penthouse was very nice.. We loved it. Also being across from the park and fountain was very enjoyable, and being so close to the trolley made it very easy to get around. The (restaurant) next to us was very noisy the patrons were out on the side walk yelling late at night.

Penthouse Downtown Condo

Condo was very nice and exactly like the description. Finding the entrance was a challenge and not well marked especially finding it in the dark. Interior of building needed some attention for cleaning and smell but once you enter the condo it was perfect and well maintained. We enjoyed the sun pouring through the windows and the view over the park. The condo was within walking distance of Beale Street, the Peacock hotel and restaurants.

Beautiful property

The park across the street seems a little seedy at night however, it did not deter us from walking down Main Street. Excellent location, though for restaurants, Walgreens, and just a short walk to Beale Street about a half a mile. We love the house. The only thing we noticed was there were no luggage racks to put our suitcases on.
