The location of the property couldn't have been better, within walking distance of the best of Memphis dining location and music venues. We really enjoyed being across the street from one of Memphis oldest tavern, The Green Beatle, the staff and Manager Mike made this place our main watering hole! The property was clean and had many added amenities that made our trip memorable.

Property was extractly like photos the place was really nice and the location was PERFECT in walking distance to everything we wanted to visit while on our stay. Would definitely recommend, i would also stay again if available if i ever were to visit the Memphis area again. LOVED OUR STAY..

Fun in Memphis

Wonderful place in Memphis just steps away from the National Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street and nice neighborhood coffee shops. Garage parking is key and the rooftop was perfect.

Amazing in Memphis

This property lived up to the listing. Everything was well thought out and the instructions left were great. The roof top patio was amazing and the location is within walking distance of many attractions. Would love to come back and visit again.

Great location

We spent 3 days and loved the location. The townhouse has everything you need and plenty of room to relax and hang out. It is nice to be right off of Main Street and just a few blocks from Beale Street. There was some noise from a club across the street but this is a city and I doubt you could stay anywhere in this area and not have some noise. We loved it and would stay here again.

Felt like a home not a rental

The townhome had everything we needed plus more! It was clean, comfortable, modern, and convenient. It was perfect for walking to almost everything we wanted to see, and we appreciated having the secure garage. It's located downtown near the action, so Kaci did a great job providing white noise machines which were great. Would definitely stay there, again!

Girls Weekend Trip

The location could not be better and to have private garage parking just makes this location too good to be true. Literally steps to food, transportation, and entertainment. We didn’t even need to use our cars for the whole weekend! The beds where amazingly comfortable and the property was clean and relatively quiet for its proximity to everything. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Really cute place

The only thing is that they say 3 bedroom, which I guess is true IF you consider the closet with the bed in it a bedroom. If you're not claustrophobic, it could work. Otherwise it has pretty much everything thing you need for a fun weekend.

The property,everything inside was nasty carpet, rails, Washer mildew inside They said Four bedrooms it was only two bedrooms, third bedroom was inside A closet which was in the bathroom and Master bedroom while talk to agent About the unit Someone tried to enter unit By using the code door unlocked Someone was trying to come inside call police, Unit was unsafe,Only there for 2 hour and had to leave. couldn’t get money back fighting it right now didn’t stay and couldn’t get my money back refunded

Boom, boom, boom! What???

Convenient to Beale Street but extremely noisy because of Night Club across the street until 2 am. House was vibrating and people were partying in the street outside. Disappointing because the place was clean-ish, not by a pro. Bathtub and toilet had hair, and toilet backed up 2xs, carpet was crunchy. We had no tissues in any bathroom. Microwave was filthy. We were asked not to raise thermostat to above 72 and it is left at 60 when you arrive, and we were so cold for first two days. Main issue was with the noise every night. Not worth the price with all the excessive fees!

Overall a great stay

Pros: The house was clean and as expected. It’s in a good location, where you can walk to Beale street, the Civil Rights Museum and lots of other nearby restaurants and attractions. Check in process was easy and the host was very nice. Cons: I guess I missed that the third bed was inside of the master bedroom closet so I wasn’t expecting that and it was a little odd. The person who slept there didn’t mind though. While being close to everything is great for walkability, it is also across the street from a nightclub and is VERY loud all night (they don’t close til 3am on weekends). We had sound machines on high blast and could still hear the music thoroughly. It seemed the windows were not very well structured or insulated because you could hear full conversations on the street below also. The noise was probably the most frustrating part of this stay.

We have stayed at this property before and had a great experience. This time was no exception. The property wsa clean, homey, safe and gave us easy access to both Beale Street and the River Arts Fest. Parking is very secure, in a gated garage underneath the building. The area is up and coming, with many new or renovated buildings, and we explored several nearby new-to-us establishments and were very plesaed. We never had to use our vehicle; we walked to everything we wanted to do. The townhouse has lovely new flooring in the bedrooms this year. Everything was easy to use. We will be back to Kaci's place!

Parking was through a locked gate controlled by keypad which led to a below building garage with automatic door and an entrance to the apartment. Could not have been better or safer.The location was terrific. Very close yet far enough to be quite.

When I purchased this townhome, I was drawn to the area because of the myriad of activities within walking distance. Once work was finished for the week, I could park my car for the weekend and walk to any number of entertainment venues and great restaurants. There is always something going on downtown. It is truly a vibrant neighborhood!

The greatest asset to this property is the easy accessibility to almost anything you may want to do - restaurants, sporting events, nightlife, art galleries, historic sites, and the breathtaking riverfront. If you love good food, live music, and theater, you will be in heaven. The neighbors are phenomenal!
