Den perfekta platsen för din semester! Mycket välskött 3 sovrum 2 1/2 badrum lägenhet med utsikt över poolen. Enheten är bekvämt belägen steg från hissen och steg till stranden. Sitta i avskildhet på den avskilda skärmen i verandan omgiven av havdynerna täckta av maritim skog och lyssna på vågorna när du njuter av din morgon kopp kaffe eller en kall dryck på kvällen! Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, den andra en full storlek och den tredje en pyramid våningssäng (full på botten och tvilling på toppen) med en tvilling rulla för extra sovrum. Det finns också ett paket som är tillgängligt för våra minsta besökare. Varje sovrum och hiet har platt-TV. Enheten är utrustad med nyckelfri ingång så att du inte behöver oroa dig för att hålla nere med en nyckel på stranden.

Anläggningen har 3 utomhuspooler (en junior-olympisk) och barnpooler på varje plats med gott om solstolar. Grillar finns i varje byggnad för att laga din perfekta biff. Varje tillgång till stranden (det finns 2) har en täckt paviljong i slutet med bänkar för att njuta av havsutsikten. Det finns en sund sidbrygga för att fiska eller krabba eller för att starta din kajak eller paddlavla. För idrottaren finns det 6 tennisbanor och områden att gå eller springa längs W Fort Macon Rd.

Oceanfront-komplexet är bekvämt beläget i Atlantic Beach på gångavstånd till restauranger, glass, shopping och till och med en hantverksöl-odlare.

Enheten är rökfri och inga husdjur är tillåtna.

Beach Walk

The walk to the beach was close and neat. Easily accessible. Enjoyed the beutiful coastal decor. Only wish there was an ocean view but we could hear the surf from the porch

Steps to beach

Needed room for 6 adults & 1 preteen. This was perfect. Had previously stayed a few miles down the road & were apprehensive about switching. This was great!!!

Beautiful, friendly people on site & neighbor’s. Green turtles hatched and we seen it. Amazing!!

The gate access to beach was stuck and difficult to use the whole time. Frustrating. Kids room sink water wouldn’t go down. Killed a cockroach. NC Aquarium excellent, and Ferry shuttle to Shackford Island, wild horses, and light house was great. Fort Macon tour and Maritime museum great. Overall amazing time. How does the deposit refund come ? We left it much cleaner than we found it.

Vacay 22

Very Nice location. Easy access to the beach, pool, local shops and restaurants. Short walk to the Sound side for fishing or nature hikes. Nice screened in porch to relax at night. No issues with parking. Overall very nice, and very enjoyable vacation. Would definitely go again.

Great Place

I took my kids and grandbaby for a mini vacation. This was a great place, very convenient location, and very clean and nice. Beach access was just a minute walk. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will be coming back!

Great condo, great location

The condo was clean, bright, and spacious. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and there was plenty of hot water in the the bathrooms. The parking area was convenient and easy to use. The best part, of course, was the proximity to the beach. The wooden walkway to the private beach access is just a few steps away and leads to an uncrowded, beautiful beach. Mr. Sheppard is a great host and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental to anyone going to the Atlantic Beach area.

Perfect Family Beach Condo

Our host made sure the condo had everything!! This stay couldn’t have been easier or more perfect. Steps from the beach and pool. A space for everyone - and we have 5 teenagers! We loved every minute of our vacation. Thanks to our Host, it was an effortless experience.

Perfect place

The Sheppards made our stay easy! Everything was clean and very well stocked. The boardwalk to the beach in new and well lit at night. The salt water pools were great too, not to busy and very clean. We will be return customers for sure!

Great week away

We have stayed at the NC coast 3 times, and this has been my favorite rental of the 3! Perfect location to the beach and pool, with so many restaurant and entertainment options close by (DQ is across the street!). The owners were a breeze to work with, and provided a well stocked kitchen, lots of pool toys and chairs, even laundry soap and dishwashing liquid. My kids loved the window seat and screened in porch! I hope we can come back some day!

Great place for fun in the sun

The condo was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. They were located near the elevator to make access easy. We loved sitting in the screened balcony at night. My son enjoyed sitting on the window seat. It was so quiet. This condo was right next to the beach and pools. Some beach toys and chairs where available to use which was perfect. The owners were very quick to respond to questions. I totally recommend.

Unbeatable Location, Well-Stocked

Jason's place at the IB&RC was great. Being right on the beach, the location can't be beat. Not having to cross the street to access the beach was super beneficial with toddlers and older folks in our party. The kitchen is superbly stocked, and we especially appreciated (and used) the growlers for the beer bar across the street! The pool was unexpectedly temporarily closed during our stay, but that wasn't something Jason could control and we appreciated his communication with management inquiring about its opening. Would definitely recommend!

Last minute beach getaway

Booked the property for a very last minute getaway and the owners were very accommodating! The property was perfect for us. One of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in!! Easy walk to the beach! Will definitely try to stay here again when planning a trip to Atlantic Beach... hopefully next time it will not be last minute!
