Welcome to our home!

The front door of this 92 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The cozy living room features a comfortable double sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, toaster, oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, and refrigerator, allowing you to easily prepare a delicious homemade meal. Kitchen utensils and dishware are also provided.

There are two bedrooms, both furnished with large beds (160x200), dressed in high-quality hotel-grade linens. Each room also includes storage space and a television.

The bathroom features an Italian shower. The toilet is separate.

For a fifth guest, there is a foldable single bed available, which you can place wherever you like in the living room, the first bedroom, or the second.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between each stay.

You will have access to the whole apartment. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with elevator.

Welcome to the historic center of Paris! From sunrise to sunset, the 1st arrondissement lives intensely. Chic district of the capital, bathing in the heart of fashion, this arrondissement also hides many cultural treasures. The most famous ones not to be missed: the Louvre Museum, the Orsay Museum, the Orangery Museum, the Museum of Decorative Arts, the Royal Palace, the Comédie Française and even the Tuileries Garden.

For lovers of shopping and luxury, two must-see places: Place Vendôme where the most beautiful jewelry from the great jewelers are presented, Rue Saint-Honoré with its fashion and legendary boutiques ...

The department stores on the Grands Boulevards and Les Halles in Châtelet are a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

The proximity of Metro 1, Tuileries station (2mins from the apartment) gives you direct access to the Avenue des Champs Elysées and the Palais des Congrès in the shortest possible time.

Concorde metro station line 12 (a 10-minute walk from the apartment) will take you to the Butte Montmartre.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest metro station is Louvre-Rivoli (line 1), just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

The Châtelet-les-Halles station (lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14, and RER A and B) is a 7-minute walk away.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport:

By train: take the RER B towards Paris and get off at Châtelet-les-Halles.

By taxi: fixed fare of €50 for a trip to the right bank.

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.

A bail civil (location contract) will be signed between the owner and the guest.
