Bekväm och mysig lägenhet på cirka 50 kvadratmeter belägen längs huvudvägen i den historiska stadskärnan 5 minuters promenad från den första stranden och 10 minuter från järnvägsstationen och därför mycket nära de viktigaste tjänsterna som: apotek, stormarknad, bank och postkontor, allmänt garage i betalning) .Det består av en egen ingång, ett vackert vardagsrum med soffa och fullt utrustat pentry inklusive kyl, tvättmaskin, ugn och ytterligare mikrovågsugn, samt ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, badrum med dusch och hårtork och slutligen en härlig terrass på som kan nås både från vardagsrummet och köket och från sovrummet. Det senare har utsikt över huvudgatan som kallas via Roma. Samma terrass är utrustad med bord och stolar och markis för att njuta av middag i lugn. Dessutom är lägenheten utrustad med fläktar med fjärrkontroll både i sovrummet och i vardagsrummet och naturligtvis platt LCD-TV.
Gratis wifi, "topografisk" karta och tåg- och båttider är tillgängliga för kunderna.
Uppdatering: Från och med den 1 mars i Monterosso har "stadsturistskatten" trätt i kraft och uppgick till 1 euro per person under de första tre dagarna.

Couldn't ask for a better place in Monterosso

The unit is in a fantastic location, right in old towne part of Monterosso but a bit away from the crowds / noise from stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great Spot

We stayed in Monterosso for five nights. The apartment is in a perfect location. An easy 10 min walk from the train station! The apartment is clean, quiet and has an amazing balcony to enjoy dinner and a glass of wine on it. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location. Easy to get too. In the amenities, air conditioning was listed but there was only ceiling fans. We did okay. But it was hot during the day.

Great value and location

Property was very clean and walkable to many restaurants/shops in Monterosso, while still being off the beaten path. House was quiet and the deck was lovely. Augusta was very nice.

Comfortable apartment

Small but comfortable apartment for two with everything we needed. Enjoyed being out on the balcony for meals etc at any time of day. Nice old town vibe. Easy walk to/from station. Small grocery store and a nice coffee shop/ bakery just a few steps from the apartment. Just sorry we had to shorten our stay due to the rail strike.

A truly immersive stay in one of the most beautiful places in Italy. The host was great, met us at the door and showed us up to apartment. The host had everything we needed for the stay. The price was very competitive to surrounding options. Grazie mille!

Great location

Augusta's apartment is in a great location on the main street of Monterosso. It is close to restaurants, beaches, and the train station. The apartment is large with a nice balcony with table and chairs. The apartment is aging but clean.

Great Location

Wonderful location in quiet part of the city. Very close to everything. Only 15 min walk to anywhere. Easy access to train station. 2 min walk to parking garage. Lovely host.

Monterosso haven

Apartment was in excellent location in Old Town section of Monterosso. Greeted by hostess who greeted us warmly. Spent 3 wonderful days visiting all 5 villages using the train and hiking trails. Ate dinners at 3 different restaurants that all served excellent food with outdoor seating at reasonable rates. Final day took ferry for great views. All around outstanding experience.

Great Apartment

Staying at Augusta's apartment in Monterosso was a perfect home base to explore all of Cinque Terre. In the heart of the Old Town, you had all the great characteristics the towns had to offer. Lots of food and shopping next door, easy walk to the beach, and right next to the ferry to take you to the towns next store. Augusta was a great host!

Wonderful place!

We stayed 12 nights in beautiful Monterosso and enjoyed all the days. Our apartment and Augusta were great. So close to everything including Laura's, a great pasticceria so close for morning croissants stuffed with cream! Grocery right across the way. Augusta is very responsive and responds thru What's App. We loved this apartment. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. We would stay again! Thank you Augusta.

Outstanding- super clean!

This rental is nicer than the pictures depict, the location is great. I am a woman traveling alone and the building is very secure. It is on a popular street so you won’t feel alone coming and going. Augusta was lovely, but does not speak english so need to communicate via email or app with translation. Thank you Augusta!

Spacious & Great Location

Spacious and clean with a nice balcony to hang out on. The apartment is located less than 5 mins away from the beach shore with little shops and restaurants along the way. Good shower pressure and washing machine worked great. Augusta was available for any questions if we needed her. There are about 25 steps to climb to get to the apartment door, so keep this in mind if you have accessibility needs. Overall, we loved our stay in Monterosso! Would highly recommend!

Comfortable, Clean and Great Patio

We really enjoyed our stay here in Monterosso. Check in was made very easy and accommodating. The owner was very friendly. We loved to location in the part old town and in the evenings it was great to sit in the patio and enjoy some wine and relaxing conversation about our day. We really enjoyed this area and it was exactly what we were looking for, but my rating would have been better except that we did not have ANY hot water during our stay and despite repeated attempts (3) I still haven’t heard from the owner. Also the apartment is advertised as having air conditioning, when it clearly does not. Renters should be made aware of this.
