With 140 m² of living space, the villa has two floors connected from the inside by a spiral staircase as can be seen in the photos. On the upper floor is the living room, with plenty of natural light and beautiful open views, and exit to the terrace, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a bar and a guest toilet. A bedroom with two single beds together with bathroom with bathtub en suite and air conditioning.

Going down the spiral stairs in the living room, we find a bedroom with two single beds pushed together and air conditioning. A third bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The whole house has central heating and free internet access (wifi).



Exterior of the villa:



The entrance to the plot has a ramp with space for several cars and is fenced. From the living room there is access to the covered terrace with an outdoor table for lunch or dinner outside and next to it there is a built-in barbecue. From the terrace to the pool there is a small flight of stairs with three steps. The pool is in front and has built-in stairs to access its interior, a built-in shower, a hammock area for sunbathing and beautiful open views of Calpe and the sea.

It is located 2 km from the Calpe train station, 3 km from the city center of Calpe, 4 km from the sandy beach of Arenal-Bol, 4 km from the beach of Puerto Blanco, 77 km from the airport and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.
