Under Construction

We were aware there would be construction on the grounds, but having to wait to get out the door due to pressure washing with bleach smell 2 days in a row and the constant sound of equipment beeping was a bit much. Also we were notified an hour before arrival the pool was going to be closed our entire stay. 30a Escapes rep came by the condo to ask about our stay but was unsympathetic. Disappointing.

Best beach trip with kids!

This was the perfect place to stay!! The condo is in the perfect spot. Very convenient to both the pool / beach and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We never had to get back in our car once we arrived! We went with a toddler and baby and this made it so easy. Our kids LOVED the pool and nearby playground as well as the music that played across the street nightly. Having the chairs set up for us daily at the beach was also an extra bonus. We will be back!!

Beautiful Property on a Private Beach

My family had an amazing time at this property. The views were beautiful. It was close to Rosemary and easily walkable to all the shopping and restaurants.

Awesome place and location

Super location in the middle of Rosemary, walkable to shopping and restaurants. Right on the beach and amazing views from the balcony. Unit was clean and comfortable.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Condo! The location was perfect between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on the beautiful 30a. The condo and furnishings were adorable and one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. Was a sweet and very private place that was not as busy as the other places on 30a, which is a plus for rest and relaxation, but can still walk to the amazing restaurants! Loved it and will look at it again in the future~

A Wonderful Vacation!

We stayed at the property for a girls trip. The condo was clean, well maintained, and in a super convenient location. The pool was above and beyond expectations! I was shocked at how big it was. I've stayed at places before where the pool looks huge in the pics, but are disappointing in person. Not this time! Would definitely stay here again.

30A Stay

Stay on 30A was great!! '30A Escapes' was very easy to work with on the reservation. Minor issues that need attention: Master Bedroom; fan did not work, TV and mattress need upgrades. Crabby Steve's is a real benefit to the overall beach experience!!

Amazing location, effortless vacation for young family with small children.

We have two young children, a three-year-old and a one-year-old and wanted something easy that was on the beach, allowing us to go back-and-forth for knots, etc.. This was the most perfect place that we could’ve imagined. It’s proximity to the beach, crabby, Steve’s, the pool and Rosemary and Secrest town was perfect. We literally did not have to use our car once entire time we were there and could walk or ride bikes really wanted to go but given how amazing the view was from our apartment. We never felt like we need to leave very far from where we were. Waking up to the ocean every morning was absolutely amazing. I’m going to sleep every night with the sunset was so peaceful. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic Week

We spent a week in late April and could not have asked for a better location and housing that we had. The view from the balcony was to die for and we left the doors open to hear the sounds of the surf. The location was so close to all the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach. The kitchen was well stocked even though we do no cooking; only breakfast. The furnishings were very nice, clean, and spacious. Hope to come back again

The location and view of the beach was excellent! We liked the ramp access to the beach! There was a lot of outside work being done on the premises.

Lovely beach getaway

Loved the condo! Great master suite waterfront view! Easy access to beach. My only hiccup was the check in time. VRBO states 3pm but the management company (30a Escapes) stated 4pm. I was focused more on my VRBO app information and was bummed when we had to wait an extra hour than expected to checkin with all our fresh groceries in tow. All in all everything was great. The listing agents just need to correct the checkin time on the listing.

34E - best ocean view

We’ve rented a few places on 30A over the years and this one is the best of them from a location standpoint. Either side of High Pointe and the beach is much busier - for some reason this area is quieter. Pool is better than most as well. All in all 9/10. A few knocks: furnishings are a bit dated and worn. Couches and chair needs replacement. The wifi is god awful so don’t plan on any mandatory work related wifi connection. Combine that with less than stellar cell service, you’re kinda on an island - which is good for vacation - bad for teenagers needing wifi! 30A Rosemary area can’t be beat.

Beautiful view; short on essentials.

Gate entry, parking and check-in were excellent. Condo location was perfect. What a great balcony and view! My only negative is the lack of essentials. Considering the location and the $ rate, I consider High Pointe to be a superior rental. Therefore, I was surprised and disappointed regarding: - two single ply rolls of toilet paper per bathroom Really? Why not a package of Costco tp, multiple rolls? One tiny bottle of shampoo and body wash. Really? Why not a shower wall mounted trio of body wash, shampoo and cream rinse? No kitchen sink scrub brush. Why did I have to use a rag instead? Two dish washer soap tabs? Really? What if I needed more? No beach towels. Really? Beach towels take up a lot of room in suitcases. Why not have 8 beach towels available? Charge the guest back if any are missing upon departure. You get my drift by now. None of these essentials are expensive, and their placement just makes sense, adds class to the place. Guests will go to Publix for food, but why make them buy essentials? Finally, the beach chair access for two, included with the rent fee, was nice. We had to pay for two more chairs. This should have been included with the rent. I will recommend High Pointe and 34E.

Great stay

My family had a great time at this condo. Check in process super easy. The bikes are right out front. The pool and boardwalk to beach are literally right out front door and to the left. Crabby Steve’s restaurant is right there too. The only negative experience we had was with the pool security guard and maintenance man (I think that’s what he was, he was in plain clothes walking around the pool) who were very aggressive about cans and drinks around the pool. All that to say it’s nice they want to keep the pool area clean but don’t harass guests. I have nothing bad to say about the condo itself and would definitely come back! Beautiful area and close to everything in Rosemary Beach. Condo was very clean. Thanks for a great stay!
