The view from our condo is like no other! The top floor really makes a difference! Our new glass balconies offer a spectacular full view of the beach. Lower floors can give you more of a dune view with some water, but at Casa Del Day, you enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf that only the top floor can provide.
In addition, our penthouse condo is situated in the upscale, private, gated Sunset Beach Community. Our pristine condition 4 Bedroom (3 full bedrooms and one hallway(2 XL Twin bunk room) and 3 Bath condo is located on the south (beach) side of 30A and is a short walk to the many restaurants, shops, and attractions (splash pad, playgrounds and more) at Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys Beach. Take our private elevator to the beach access and the exclusive heated, gulf-front pool overlooking the ocean (one of only a few on 30A) for Sunset Beach guests only. Dip in the pool and then down the steps to the beach! Well-equipped and maintained outdoor showers, foot rinse stations, and outdoor restrooms round out the fine amenities near the beach.

Casa Del Day was recently updated with high-end furnishing, professionally decorated with a classic coastal elegance design, and one of the few condos with a full island and bar with seating for three. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled, adding to the amazing accommodations. We also added a brand new air conditioning unit and hot water heater!

Each full bedroom has its own bathroom, and the home includes a full kitchen, stainless appliances, granite countertops, travertine floors throughout, flat-screen TVs, wireless internet (1000 gig download), fireplace, a large balcony overlooking the pristine emerald waters of the Gulf, gas grill, washer and dryer, private parking for two cars, and an open floor plan with unbelievable and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

You can rent bicycles within walking distance at Peddler's of 30a. We do provide eight low-seated beach chairs. Umbrella and chair setups are available for rent right on the beach in front of our condo for your convenience. Minimum nights required:
• Seven-night minimum during Spring Break & Summer seasons
• Saturday to Saturday bookings are required during Spring Break & Summer seasons, and Saturday changeover day is strongly preferred during other seasons
• Five nights minimum during the Late Summer season
• 3-night minimum during Fall & Winter seasons (excluding Holiday weeks)
• Five nights minimum/week for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s & Fall Break weeks
