2025 Family Road Trip

We got in late due to some heavy weather, and Sherri made us feel right at home. Communication for check-in was great. This was a perfect place for our family to stay. Super clean, lots of space, and a very nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend!

What a bang for the buck!Although you are sharing with the upstairs it’s completely separate and private. This place was under delivered on the pictures. The spa was super clean and a lot of amenities that we never used!! You will not be disappointed by no means.Enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing Hot Tub Getaway

We had an amazing time at this property. Adults enjoyed the hot tub, while the kids enjoyed the pool table and all the board games provided! Such a relaxing place to stay, would definitely stay again!

Great Girls Weekend Getaway

This place was so amazing. My husband and I stayed for one night on our way back from our road trip honeymoon. I wish we could have spent more time, it was so nice and very peaceful.

Awesome Amenities

This was a very nice, clean and fun place to stay. The hot tub, fire pit, indoor game table, and lawn area with yard games included gave us lots to do while we were staying here. The host was very helpful and responsive. They do live in the upstairs portion of the unit, so something to be aware of if that’s not your jam, but they were very nice and the house itself was great. They also included many additional touches such as cooking utensils, condiments, coffee pods, etc. that we appreciated during our stay.

Wow, what a gem! This clean and spacious property exceeded our expectations.A quiet, private lower level unit with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The well-appointed kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and the comfortable bedrooms left our family of five rested and refreshed. The hot tub was an extra special bonus, and the pool table made for additional entertainment (and friendly competition!). We only wish we could have stayed longer. If your travels take you through Sioux Falls, look no further for the perfect getaway!

Excellent stay!

This property provided everything we needed for a stop over in Sioux Falls while on our way to Rapid City. Sherri provided all amenities and then some! The decor was inviting; the space was very clean. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of travel! Would highly recommend this property!

We needed a place to stop/sleep while traveling out west from Minnesota. This place was perfect. The kitchen was AMAZING. Kids loved the hot tub and the host was so kind and welcoming. Would live here if I could:)

My name is Sherri and I live upstairs with my husband and my daughter. We have friendly dogs as well. We built our home in 2018 and finished the basement in Nov '19. We've lived in Sioux Falls for over 30 years and are happy to suggest favorite local pubs, restaurants, activities.

Our property provides a great family friendly gathering place. This is truly a home away from home with additional fun amenities. I take pride in our home ensuring everything is clean and tidy. I've attempted to "stock" the home with everything you'll need during your stay. Because our unit provides 2000 sq feet, there's enough room to stretch out your legs, hang out with your family and friends and enjoy your "get-away".

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The huge benefit to staying in our place versus a hotel Is the ability to have several gathering places, access to cook your own meals vs eating out which can add up fast! Another big benefit is the ability to put the little ones to bed, and then hang out in the living room, game area or hot tub. You can't do that in a hotel room!
