Large Master Bedroom is an oasis. You will enjoy of classic feel of the upstairs and the relaxing atmosphere of the downstairs living room. Scenic custom art from around Sioux Falls adorns the walls. Feel right at home while you explore Sioux Falls!

The Neighborhood:
We are just a few blocks away from Augustana University and the University of Sioux Falls. Just two blocks to the east are numerous coffee shops and restaurants. It is a short 8-minute drive to Sioux Falls' finest attraction: Falls Park.

Great place!

We had a great experience during our stay. The home was just right for us, we were able to enjoy time with family following our Aunt's memorial service and the location was perfect.

Cozy, comfortable and clean as a whistle!! The owner has thought of everything... plenty of clean towels, comfy beds, great showers, and a well-stocked kitchen. It fit the needs of our family perfectly for a long weekend while we attended a family reunion.

Beautiful house! Had plenty of space for all 7 of us with extra room. 10-15 minutes from literally anywhere we wanted to go. Clean. Cozy. Accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Zero complaints.

Nice stay

This house was in a handy location and exactly as listed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the backyard was great for our dog. The master bedroom is spacious.

Wonderful stay

Clean property with nice amenities. Exactly what we needed and perfect for the kids. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basics. Plenty of space and nice fenced in backyard area. Check in was very smooth and very reasonable checkout expectations.

Very convenient and close to all ammenities. The only complaint was we had to provide our own body wash and shampoo. Otherwise a very accomodating stay at a reasonable price.

Nice Stay

Overall the house was nice. We did not spend much time there, but it worked great for what we needed to use it for. Our kids thought it was great and are looking forward to the next trip!
