The place was perfect. Easy access, host was easy to communicate with, and great location. Backyard was good for dogs and the property had everything one would need. Close to everything and neighborhood was decent. Will be staying again.

James was a very communicative host. The home was very clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The beds were quite comfy, including the pullout downstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home was roomy enough for 9 of us. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This was the right amount of space for us while we watched my husbands graduation! Our host was so sweet and understanding. The play area in the basement worked like a charm for the toddler we had with us. The yard was awesome and the house was so quaint!

Nice short stay for my family of six. My kids loved the downstairs play area. There were some loud neighbors Saturday night but otherwise a nice neighborhood. One toilet valve was malfunctioning a bit and there were parts of the floor not very clean but otherwise this place suited our needs well. Thank you!

What a lovely home! Love the location as well. We walked to restaurants, down to the Falls and many other places.

Great place second stay
This place worked so well for us last year when we were in town for a softball tournament we immediately searched for it again this year. Good location, nice place and layout worked well for a couple of girls and their moms!

Great short stay with our pup on our way through Sioux Falls. Property had lots of comfortable spaces, fenced yard was a big plus, and it was nice to be able to walk to the Augustana University campus. Communication was friendly and proactive throughout.

Cozy, comfortable and clean as a whistle!! The owner has thought of everything... plenty of clean towels, comfy beds, great showers, and a well-stocked kitchen. It fit the needs of our family perfectly for a long weekend while we attended a family reunion.

Perfect stay in SF
This property was great for my stay! Comfortable bed, updated and very cozy home with lots of room! Fenced in yard was nice for the dogs!
