Beautiful lakeside modern home with all of the bells and whistles! Dine alfresco on the sunny terrace overlooking the lake and mountains. Swim in the heated pool year round under blue skies before retiring to a lavish living room with a striking stone fireplace. Linger over a meal in the sun-drenched dining room or relax and rejuvenate in the luxurious hotel quality beds for a perfect night`s sleep!
We have focused on creating a comfortable, modern vibe with a mid-century flair. Fully refreshed for 2023, sink into the oversized, deep sofa in front of the 65` 4K cinema-ready television.
The outdoor heated pool with majestic mountain and lakefront vistas is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunshine. The sunsets over the water and the mountains in the distance are breathtaking and serve as a beautiful backdrop for your al fresco evening dinner under the desert sky.
The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, cooking or mixing up your favorite aperitif! There`s plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with the two secondary bedrooms in a separate wing from the primary bedroom. The dining room comfortably seats eight, and up to ten in a pinch.
Each bedroom is its own luxe retreat in its own right with hotel quality beds and linens. We take pride in ensuring you will have the most relaxing sleep possible, but also giving each bedroom its own smart TV with all of the cable TV and streaming capabilities for your entertainment.
And should you need to do a little bit of remote work while you`re enjoying your sunny getaway, the home has Gigabit internet wifi inside and outdoors to ensure plenty of space throughout the home for each person to fire off those emails.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The house is set on a scenic lakefront site in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It`s a short drive from shopping and restaurants, as well as MLB spring training facilities and football games at the University of Phoenix Stadium.
We are conveniently located off the 101 freeway in the Northwest Valley in Arrowhead Lakes.
