Comfortable house, great location

Very comfortable house with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Easy walk to Mystic, Aquarium and Museum. Great indoor and outdoor space for relaxing and socializing.

Mystic memories

My husband and pup stayed in this lovely home. Stan was extremely thorough and the home was as advertised. Great location, quiet but near town. Perfect for walking the dog and relaxing on the back deck. The home was extremely clean and had all you need to have a relaxing and or active vacation. We look forward to booking the property again very soon !

Perfect location, thoughtful host

Property is in a perfect spot for downtown Mystic. The house was clean, deck was great and Stan provided many thoughtful gifts. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location for a Mystic Getaway

Clean, spacious home with large outdoor deck that is located a short walk to the Seaport and also to the center of Mystic Village. We attended a family wedding at the Seaport and enjoyed walking to town along the Mystic River.

Mystic Cape close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay, house was within walking distance of town, museums etc. Everything was clean and organized and as advertised.

Home away from home

We stayed for a weekend for Connecticut College family weekend. Perfect location, walked to dinner in Mystic. Large open kitchen and grill were perfect to host my daughter and her friends for dinner. Well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend!

Stanley is an outstanding host. Extremely prompt in replying to inquiries we made upon arrival. Highly recommend this quaint Cape Cod and it’s host.

Perfect House, Perfect Location

Our family of 6 loved this delightful house perfectly situated across the street from Mystic Seaport Museum. It was also a convenient walk to downtown. The house was charming, exceptionally clean, and well-appointed with all kinds of amenities. The chilled champagne, coffee, and snack bowl were appreciated by all. The new AC units in each room allowed everyone to find their perfect temperature. Stan was very communicative and easy to get in touch with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

AWESOME 50TH BIRTHDAY GIRLS GET-AWAY!

Thank you to Stan and his family! What a wonderful weekend! We arrived at a pristine home. The pictures clearly depict the home. It was the coziest and most welcoming stay - upon arrival, we encountered little personal touches like firewood, a beautiful card, champagne, glasses, coffee, and cream in the refrigerator. We loved that the house (all 5 ladies) was impeccably clean. We walked to Old Mystic and not too far from the center of town! The location was ideal. While we decided to stay in and spend most of the weekend at the VRBO- we felt all of our needs were met (towels, bedding blankets for the sofa, and wood for the fireplace. visit. We are already planning a summer visit at the same VRBO.

Great location and cozy!

We loved our stay! First time in mystic and it was walkable to the seaport and downtown. Cozy house with everything you need and then some. We all enjoyed it — our three children (11, 7, 3) included!

Very enjoyable stay!

Super cute house in amazing location! Great yard if you're bringing a dog. So nice to have fire pit and usable fireplace indoors. Walked in to find Alexa playing jazz and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge! Thanks for a great stay!

Girls weekend

Exactly as the pictures show, very clean and spacious, fenced yard, nice big deck, great place for a weekend getaway! Also need to mention the nice touches, lots of towels, supplies (tin foil, plastic bags, cleaning sprays, garbage bags) and even snacks and a welcome bottle of champagne!!! Our group felt very welcome and comfortable! Thank you Stan!

Classy and elegant house in a great location of Mystic

We enjoyed wonderful five night stay at this tasteful, spacious and home welcoming place with serene green grounds. The house is right next to Seaport Museum, Aquarium and downtown Mystic making it easy for short trips and making our time in Mystic a memorable one.
