Perfection- the home was exactly as portrayed, the rooms were beautifully appointed. The location was perfect for our needs. Any questions to our host were addressed promptly! Cleanliness was exceptional! The bedrooms were spacious, well appointed, the mattresses were comfortable for sleeping. I would highly recommend both the home and the host! Thank you Gerard for meeting and exceeding our expectations!

Super Spot!

We had a great week in this beautiful victorian in Mystic, even more lovely in person than the pictures online! Perfect location to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Our family of 5 adults, plus a one year old, had plenty of space with the 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked for meals, plus the large dining room was a great spot for eating and lots of indoor game nights (heatwave kept us mainly inside). Host was a terrific communicator and made sure we were well looked after during our week. Highly recommend this place for your Mystic adventure!

Great house, Great location!

Beautiful property! We had a family of 6 stay here and everyone was comfortable. The house was VERY clean and all the amenities were so helpful! Location was excellent and the homeowner was easily accessible and friendly. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation in Mystic

Wonderful house for a family or group trip to Mystic. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. It’s location is perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants in town. Gerard is a great host - very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely try to stay here when we visit Mystic again!

The location is walking distance to fabulous restaurants and shopping. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and the big enough to host many people. Gerald and his staff were very responsive to our needs. Hope to stay here again.

The property was excellent as described. The location was very convenient, on a cold January day, to the shopping on Main Street. And Mystic as always is very interesting and a beautiful walk in the old sections. Highly recommended.

Great location and very comfortable

We had a fabulous time staying in Gerard's beautiful, historic, Victorian house. Super clean and comfortable. Gerard was great to work with. The house was perfect for our group of 7 older adults staying for a college homecoming weekend. Just a short walk to the main street shops in Mystic. We look forward to coming back again!

Magical time in Mystic!

My family of five spent the long Easter weekend in Mystic and had the most amazing time. The home is so well-acquainted. My family had room to spread out, but also enjoyed the cozy living space to all be together. Gerard is the most wonderful host. He touched base at check-in and his company provides thoughtful amenities at the property. We would definitely go back!

Exceptional property

Loved our stay here! The house is actually larger than it seems in the photos. Plenty of room for everyone. Three full baths are quite a treat! The house was spotless and its location to downtown Mystic cannot be beat. Literally, a 5 minute walk and you're in the center of town. No worries about parking when going out to dinner on a busy night in town. Check in and communication with Gerard was perfect. He's quick to respond to all questions! Would rent again without hesitation.

Best house in Mystic

The town is great for adults and families. There's plenty of places in Mystic and the surrounding area to eat, shop, and sites to see for everyone. Then there's the house we stayed in, you couldn't ask for a nicer house and location. Everything we did in Mystic proper we walked to. We did have great weather for walking. The house was wonderful, it was clean and well maintained, it was spacious and there was plenty of furniture, inside and outside to relax. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook your meals. There's also a couple of outside patios and a porch to relax or have a meal after grilling outside. Maybe the best VRBO home we've ever stayed at. Lastly, you can tell the owner wants you to have the best experience you've ever had. He checked in with us once or twice, without being nosy or pushy, to make sure we were happy and assure us if there was anything we needed, just ask. He gets right back to you.

I can't think of a better, more well-appointed stay than the one we just had at this property. This home is gorgeous and comfortable. The location of the house is absolutely perfect; guests can wander easily and safely into town for dinner, shopping, and more. The hosts were clear and communicative, and everything we needed was outlined in a convenient app. The bedding was lovely and comfortable. A washer, dryer, and iron are provided. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to cook and then some, and lovely dishes were provided. The bathrooms were also well-stocked with a selection of makeup removers and plenty of shampoo, hand soap, and body wash. Checkout was super easy, just run the dishwasher, take out the trash, and go. I appreciate the thoughtful hosts who anticipated our every need. We spent a lovely 4 days there for a family wedding and had time to enjoy this gorgeous home and the fabulous town of Mystic!

This is hands down the best VBRO property I have ever rented. The decor is sophisticated, the furniture including the beds are very comfortable. The linens are high quality and plentiful. The arrangement was conducive to gathering both inside and out. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with high end appliances. We cooked several complicated meals, nothing we needed was missing. The ‘basic’ supplies of coffee,tea,sugar and even spices are more and generous. The host,Gerard, was very prompt in communicating. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent, home was well appointed and stocked with essentials and some extras. Very clean and easy to keep tidy. Location was really close to the best of Mystic. Gerard is both efficient and attentive, check in and out was explained well and is easy. I can't imagine a better host or property.

Fantastic property! Extraordinary location in Mystic, clean, spacious, and able to easily hold our family group that came from 4 states. Gerard was very communicative and available to answer any questions.Our group mostly adults with 2 teenagers but I noticed at least 1 high chair, toys, games, and other available items which might be helpful for a stay with children.Definitely will stay again.
