The apartment is located in the historic centre of Annecy, at the edge of the canal, at the foot of the old town and the SNCF station and 5 minutes walking from the lakeside.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King size) and a large closet.
The living room opens onto the terrace and has a sofa bed to accommodate an additional person.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay (sheets & towels) and a washing machine is also available.

The accommodation is located on the 5th floor with elevator.

Important: the apartment is non-smoking.

🅿️The nearest car park is the Post Office car park located 3 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Many restaurants and shops can be reached on foot; you can move on foot throughout your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a beautiful bike path runs around the lake)

The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Sainte Claire or Bonlieu.

Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu.

Nice Central Location.

This was a great place to stay in Annecy. Very secure building. Easy, flat walking access to the station. Bars downstairs were very handy for a drink and meal. They shut at 10:30pm, so there was no noise issue. Dozens of cafés and shops nearby, and the lake is a 25 min stroll.

Lovely Annecy Old Town

Great central location. Easy walking to all the fun spots. Apartment is above a bar that closes at 11pm. No A/C but windows open fully and there's a fan. Small clothes washer was nice to have. Would definitely book again.

Gillade: Renlighet och kommunikation
Location was great and easy to get to a lot of places. Check in was okay - the email made it sound like the apartment was easy to find but it was a little confusing and I struggled. Some of the amenities could be improved with little things - there was no soap or a trash can in the bathroom which is an easy fix and I couldn’t find the button to open the shades in the bedroom. Otherwise it was fine.

In the apartment description, it does not state that it is located directly above two noisy bars. Music pounded for hours each day, although, it did stop in the evening. Nevertheless, it was annoying. I found the apartment had several cleaning issues. I found large cobwebs on the walls, the glass shelves that held plates etc were pretty dirty and the shower was gross. There was mould on the shower ceiling and the drain was blocked, so water flooded out onto the bathroom floor. The tiles could have done with a good scrub.

La conciergerie du lac

Très bonne expérience dans la ville d'Annecy, en effet une ville vraiment magnifique. Toutes les commodités à portée de main et cela est très agréable. Des gens vraiment très sympa qui nous change de la région parisienne. Un paysage sublime et un air pure. Nous recommandons vraiment cette visite, l'appartement en soit est très bien et fonctionnel, nous avons apprécié. Le seul point un peu négatif c'est le nettoyage dans la véranda. Sinon le reste est top.

Les plaques de cuisson fonctionnait pas le congélateur est cassé donc le frigo ne fait pas suffisamment de froid et le Le point noir ce sont les toilettes tu donnes directement dans le salon

Appartement central et agréable. L'expérience pourrait être parfaite si les équipements fonctionnaient tous correctement, la douche balnéo ne fonctionne pas parce pas detartrée, manque des ampoules, multiprises, et piles , la télé n'est pas nette, le canapé lit à changer car très difficile à déplier et a bien vécu ! Sinon l'accueil faite par Ramzy était très chaleureuse, au petit soin et Annecy est une ville formidable

Le logement n est absolument pas conçu pour recevoir 3 personnes. Le canapé est inconfortable au possible. Le matin pour sortir de l'immeuble, il faut enjamber des SDF.

Des améliorations nécessaire à l'appartement

Logement très bien situé, spatieux, bien aménagé, cuisine agreable MAIS : Lumière trop faible (on y voit rien dans la salle de bain, entre autres...), TV qui ne marche pas (sois disant parce que trop de personnes la regarde en même temps.......). Animaux dit être acceptés sur internet, validés sur le résumé de réservation, et on dit à l'arrivée qu'ils ne sont pas admis........ Logement bien mais des améliorations sont nécessaires.

A deux pas de la vieille ville et du lac !

Très bel appartement ,bien agencé et confortable; entrée sécurisée avec ascenseur. Nous étions très bien placés par rapport au lac 500 m environ et à la vieille ville à deux pas de l'appartement .un petit problème toutefois , le bar restaurant en dessous qui sort les chaises et les tables à partir de 6h30 et les rangent à 10h30 11h le soir.Je ne comprends pas bien non plus les 64,35€ de frais de ménage, l'appartement est de dimension normale. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans votre ville et n'hésiterons à y revenir si l'occasion se présente.

Great apartment

The apartment is relatively spacious for 3 people and will appointed in terms of amenities. It is ideally located in the old town of Annecy, allowing for just a short walk to the lake, castle and the many restaurants around. Bon emplacement

Nous avons passer une semaine dans ce deux pièce avec Terrasse. Le séjour est spacieux il y a beaucoup de rangement dans l’entrée la cuisine dans la chambre. Il faut signaler dans l’annonce Qu’il y a un restaurant juste en dessous avec une grande terrasse Et que le calme est à partir de 11 h jusqu’à 7 h du matin. Dans la pièce à vivre il manque de lampadaire pour la lecture et peut-être une console ou commode pour rendre la pièce moins vide . À part ces remarques tout va bien. Le service de la conciergerie réactif .
