Detta vackra hus med två våningar vid vattnet ligger på den lugna floden San Bernard!

Hemmet är idealiskt beläget för många utomhusaktiviteter, inklusive fiske, båtliv, segling, fågelskådning och mycket mer. Några av de bästa vattnen i Texas för att köra ombord på vattnet och köra fot! Stor utomhusyta med över 3000 kvadratmeter däck (7 däck) och 2. 5 tunnland gård. Sitt på däck på kvällen med en kall drink, njut av den underbara solnedgången och eldstaden!

Detta fem (5) sovrum, fyra och en halv (4. 5) badrum har ett öppet vardagsrum och matplats med ett välutrustat kök och har ett biljardbord. Huset kan sova 16 personer bekvämt.

Alla sovrum ligger på övervåningen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, ett privat badrum, bastu och däck. Ett gäst sovrum med en king size-säng och privat däck; rummet delar ett badrum med det tredje sovrummet som har en queen size-säng. Våningssalen har två fulla sängar och två enkelsängar; badrum i korridoren. Förra sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett privat badrum. Det finns också en drottning sprängmadrass tillgänglig för användning i det gemensamma området.

Hemmet har en stor vindvåning nere för att koppla av i skuggan. De dominerande sydostvindarna blåser genom att säkerställa trevligt väder även på de varmaste dagarna.

Fun spot on the river

We enjoyed our stay at the river house. Lots of space, very clean, and nice location. The yard was nice and big and there was plenty of room for family games and fun.

Excellent getaway

From check in, to check out it was a five star vacation. The beautiful scenery on the river, and the large yard for the kids to play in had something for everybody. Sunset on the dock is not to Be missed. Everyone is still talking about it, and planning the next visit.

The Family Gathering Spot

We absolutely loved our stay at the Peaches Retreat!! Our families were attending a wedding down the river & decided it would be a great time to gather w/the adult kids & grandkids from out of town. The Peaches Retreat, with its 5 bedrooms/4 baths, along w/the proximity to the wedding location seemed to be perfect for our needs. The Peaches Retreat exceeded our needs & expectations. From the gated entry onto the tranquil & spacious property, large enough for our multi-family, multi-generational gathering to the welcoming & thoughtfully furnished home, we were able to settle in with ease. We had three children under age 10 who thoroughly enjoyed the "kid friendly" room filled with plenty of toys and gadgets to occupy them. The property was well prepared for our stay with fully equipped kitchen & facilities. , The common area, aka, living room/billiards room was the most lively place in the house, situated between the 2 "wings" of bedrooms, where we played pool, cards & reminisced until the early morning hours. There were 8 adults, (4 "couples") & 5 children & we had plenty of space, never feeling overcrowded. My personal favorite, the PRIMARY, primary suite, oversized, comfy & private with its large ensuite & private deck is worth the argument over who gets it!! The property owners communicated through out the entire process & made themselves available should we need anything. Unfortunately, we only had a weekend, we will definitely come back for a longer stay!!

Absolutely beautiful river rental

Rent it! You won’t be disappointed! We loved everything about our stay and will be back. We had a large group with 12 people and everyone had beds and plenty of space for everything and everyone. The view and fishing was amazing and the house had everything we needed plus more. Thank you for a beautiful vacation rental!

Way up in the sky

Peaches Retreat was a great get away for myself and my business associates while in Brazoria for a project we were working on. The house had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The layout was such that we could have community time (LOVED the pool table) together and private time to ourselves ( LOVED the many options of outdoor decks and spacious bedrooms. We had everything we needed and then some. Loved the river, loved the solitude, loved the location. Will definitely return when in the area again. Thank you Keith for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Sibling annual trip

Exceeded our needs and expectations. House had everything we needed in the kitchen - dishes, pots/pans, utensils, basic supplies. Lots of outdoor space for watching river go by, fishing, playing yard games, listening to the trains, sitting and reading a book, etc. Owners were great to help in any way and just fun to talk to. We will definitely return.

Perfect getaway

We had a group of friends come together with all our kids to spend a weekend together. The place was perfectly equipped for everything we needed! It had an amazing kids room stocked with toys for them. The back porch area contained our kids well. That was a bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Tremendous property

I can't say enough about this immaculate property. Beautiful driving up to it. Beautiful inside. Beautiful views on the deck. Simply beautiful. Beds are SO comfortable (memory foam mattresses - A+++). Plenty of ceiling fans to help with the Texas heat. Couldn't believe all the little things (like ample dishes, silverware, seasonings, condiments, etc) that most places simply fail to deliver on. Plenty of rooms for a huge family. Loved that 2 bedrooms had personal bathrooms too (a big plus). Neighbor that was a true blessing as well. So many things I could go into detail on, but just know this - if you book this amazing property, you won't regret it. It truly is a great home in a great location that allows for a great vacation! Can't recommend it enough!

The place was very beautiful. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves.

The check in was really easy. The property is very nice and clean. Cynthia left a delicious cake with a welcome note. Since this our first time , we brought everything from home not knowing everything we needed was supplied. We sat on the porch and played family games, bingo and UNO. There is a lake, but we didn't fish. During the night you can hear nearby train..so be mindful of that. We did encounter a problem with the electric gates, I noticed the owners and Keith came to the rescue. They were so nice and pleasant and understanding. I would definitely recommend this property for your next stay. My family and I plan to return next year if all goes well!! Thank you Keith and Cynthia for everything!!

Great place, Great stay.

This property was amazing! Our family had a fantastic time. Nice, cozy, and clean. Keith (owner) was available to us when needed. He was very nice and helpful. Property was perfect for the our family. Hope to have a chance to stay here again. If you are thinking about staying book it early, it's definitely worth it.

Amazing House

We had the best family vacation at Peaches! The house was beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of room and the bedrooms are spacious. The best part is the outside decks to hang out and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We would definitely stay again!

Family River Retreat

This property was fantastic! We had a multi-family gathering and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and very well-stocked with everything you need. We spent a lot of time enjoying the deck, fishing and very much enjoyed the morning coffee sunrise on the upper porch. There are plenty of activities for everyone to stay busy or plenty of places to chill and relax. The owners are very responsive and friendly and there was delicious wine cake for us on arrival, we ate every crumb. Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you Keith and Cynthia!

River House Stay

Great house with lots of yard space for activities and games! Spacious bedrooms and a great dinning/living room space for everyone to gather. Only bad thing is the mosquitos at the house are really bad. I don't know if they can spray before people stay or if that doesn't do anything because it is so close to the water? But overall great house and would recommend!

Weekend getaway with friends

This property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. We spent so much time on the decks watching the water. We plan to book this place again in the future.

Excellent Vacation Stay

My family and friends spent this Easter weekend in this property. Upon our arrival we found in the kitchen a delicious homemade coffee cake from the owners, which was a very nice welcoming touch. We were two families of 6, for a total of 12 people including a variety of ages, from grandparents, parents, and teenagers to younger kids –everyone had plenty of room–. The house was super clean and spotless. The kitchen, social area and kids bunker bed room are located in the center of the house. On the left and right wings of the house there are 2 queen bedrooms and 2 king bedrooms, which was perfect for our 2 family-group. There is a sauna in the master bathroom, and even though we didn’t use it, it was stocked with towels and scented oils. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and grilling. The outdoor area is simply amazing: There are several decks with beautiful views, both upstairs and downstairs. We brought an inflatable boat and rowing down the river was lots of fun. We also brought our fishing equipment and it was the best fishing we have ever had in a rental home. We caught flounder, bass, redfish and catfish, so fishing was definitely the greatest entertainment activity for the whole family. The next-door neighbor was incredibly kind; he even taught the kids how to throw a net, gave us helpful fishing tips and shared with our kids his grandkids’s Easter eggs and beautiful bunny cupcakes. The house also has a nice brick firepit in one of the decks, perfect for s’mores time. The property is sitting on a large lot offering plenty of privacy, and has lots of room on the front to play ball games. There’s also a pool table next to the living room. The owners are great hosts, who were very helpful and made themselves available for any questions and requests. In sum, it was an unforgettable family and friends getaway and we’re all looking forward to come back.

Amazing Rental

Keith and Cynthia were amazing to work with. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything you need. We had 2 families staying and the property and there was plenty of space. The kids had a great time swimming in the river and fishing.
