Great stay!

Adorable condo in a quiet community! The ducks come right up to the railing of the porch. Smart TVs had most streaming options. Fully equipped with all necessities.

Nice Spot

The condo was very spacious and clean. It is located in a great area with a nice pool across the street. We enjoyed our stay especially the firework show we were able to see. Furniture is peeling so we decided not to sit on it, but the dinning area was nice.

Good location to Disney and convention center

Nice stay. Neat comfy and clean. Dishwasher had a leak but we got past it. Worth visiting and enjoying the area. Very spacious for big family.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

This condo was beautiful, beds comfortable, and clean. Great location to everything! Awesome pool area with a bar n grill, delicious food too! We enjoyed our stay here and definitely will come back to this condo.

Disney vacation

Amazing stay! Great location to Disney and Epcot. Uber trips ranged from 15-30 max i. Price! Only recommendation would be to add more towels to the place, a couple people had to share because there wasn’t enough and we only had 5 guest

Great location

Property was in great location near Disney parks and shopping. Great layout for small square footage. Loved the kitchen! But furniture like the sofa bed, island seating, and especially the main couch were worn out. We didn’t want to sit on the main sofa because it was peeling everywhere. But basic necessities were available in unit and we enjoyed our stay. Would have given 4 stars if not for the furniture and the cockroach!

Great stay besides shower

We loved our stay here, with the exception of the guest bathroom shower. When we arrived, there was long hair all over the shower wall. I tried contacting Vacasa and never heard back from them nor the owner. Other than that, it’s a great stay! Would come again.

Clean, location & easy check in

This property was as described. Check in instructions were sent promptly. The home was clean, my only complaint is there was a wet smell that I couldn’t shake. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the stay. I do recommend a new couch, the pleather was peeling rather bad. I read in other reviews a before booking that the beds were comfortable, in my opinion it wasn’t comfortable for us. We did like the short walk to the on site lazy river, pool & bar. We didn’t care for being so close to the highway but honestly it wasn’t noisy as I was expecting. Overall it was a nice stay, good location and quite enjoyable condominium.

Loved the look

Unfortunately, the home was not clean. Pet hair and human hair was on the couch, and floor. I spent my arrival cleaning the rooms! Otherwise loved the location

Very clean Condo

Every detail went well from reserving and receiving all proper communications from Vacasa. We received last minute details before our arrival as expected. Once we entered the condo we were pleasantly surprised how clean the condo was, my Wife and I couldn't get over how clean it was, the first time my Wife did not have to clean a vacation rental when we initially arrive. It was our first time not having to adjust the A/C which was another surprise for us and they have back up fans in the rooms as well as ceiling fans which believe it or not, not too many rentals have ceiling fans, hence we travel with at least one or two if we’re driving to the vacation rental. The condo has all you need for your vacation and is nicely appointed. You can tell the owners care about this property which is not our experience as of late with other properties we rented from. The only regret is that we only had two nights to spend in this wonderful condo but rest assured we will stay again, we can't wait to stay for a whole week next time. So far this has been the best condo we have rented in the Storey Lake community.

Checking in took an hour due to the gate process. Never received the QR code for the property did receive one for a different location. Plumbing backed up the whole stay so there was sewage in the showers.

What a NIGHTMARE!

Please stay away from this property, I can’t even believe what we had to go through on our vacation. First day, I go into the bathroom and find a huge roach right next to the toilet in the master bathroom, I’m terrified of roaches! I had to call my husband to kill it and he managed to kill it but we never opened the bathroom door again during our entire vacation, we just used the second bathroom in the property. Then later on in the day, we decide to go to the clubhouse where all the amenities are and when we show the representative our QR code for the reservation, He proceeds to tell us that, the specific property we are staying in is not allowed inside the clubhouse and that I have to call the property management and/or the homeowner to get the issue rectified. Now I just got my three little ones ready to go to the pool and we were swiftly turned away because the owner did not pay his balance dues to Storey lake. I couldn’t believe what was happening, so that evening I spent almost 3 hours on the phone with 4 different representatives from Vrbo and Vacasa, and EVERYONE was giving me the run around! No one took accountability and kept saying that they would have to reach out to their local team! When I stated that I would like my money back so I can book elsewhere, they stated that if I left I would not receive a refund so we were literally trapped. I booked this place SPECIFICALLY for the amenities that story lake offered and we did not get to enjoy it not once. Terrible!!

Storey Lake condo

Overall, good experience. Vacasa is very responsive. Condo is a nice. Some things to be aware of in choosing this one: layout was good, basics in the condo were available. It does sit on the main road, so sitting on the back porch was awkward. The front has all the unit's air conditioners. There are no black out curtains in the bedrooms.
