Overall the condo was fine. It could use a good cleaning of the baseboards and the paint needs to be freshened up. The kitchen could use a baking sheet, pot holders and kitchen sponge to clean dishes. Pool is nice and it’s close to shopping and Disney parks

Very clean Condo

Every detail went well from reserving and receiving all proper communications from Vacasa. We received last minute details before our arrival as expected. Once we entered the condo we were pleasantly surprised how clean the condo was, my Wife and I couldn't get over how clean it was, the first time my Wife did not have to clean a vacation rental when we initially arrive. It was our first time not having to adjust the A/C which was another surprise for us and they have back up fans in the rooms as well as ceiling fans which believe it or not, not too many rentals have ceiling fans, hence we travel with at least one or two if we’re driving to the vacation rental. The condo has all you need for your vacation and is nicely appointed. You can tell the owners care about this property which is not our experience as of late with other properties we rented from. The only regret is that we only had two nights to spend in this wonderful condo but rest assured we will stay again, we can't wait to stay for a whole week next time. So far this has been the best condo we have rented in the Storey Lake community.

Adorable condo in a quiet community! The ducks come right up to the railing of the porch. Smart TVs had most streaming options. Fully equipped with all necessities.

Great location

Property was in great location near Disney parks and shopping. Great layout for small square footage. Loved the kitchen! But furniture like the sofa bed, island seating, and especially the main couch were worn out. We didn’t want to sit on the main sofa because it was peeling everywhere. But basic necessities were available in unit and we enjoyed our stay. Would have given 4 stars if not for the furniture and the cockroach!

Clean, location & easy check in

This property was as described. Check in instructions were sent promptly. The home was clean, my only complaint is there was a wet smell that I couldn’t shake. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the stay. I do recommend a new couch, the pleather was peeling rather bad. I read in other reviews a before booking that the beds were comfortable, in my opinion it wasn’t comfortable for us. We did like the short walk to the on site lazy river, pool & bar. We didn’t care for being so close to the highway but honestly it wasn’t noisy as I was expecting. Overall it was a nice stay, good location and quite enjoyable condominium.

Storey Lake condo

Overall, good experience. Vacasa is very responsive. Condo is a nice. Some things to be aware of in choosing this one: layout was good, basics in the condo were available. It does sit on the main road, so sitting on the back porch was awkward. The front has all the unit's air conditioners. There are no black out curtains in the bedrooms.

Good location to Disney and convention center

Nice stay. Neat comfy and clean. Dishwasher had a leak but we got past it. Worth visiting and enjoying the area. Very spacious for big family.

Great location, lovely condo and awesome resort.

The condo is very spacious and clean. I like how we have a quieter pool across the street but also the hideaway club with the lazy river. Location is fantastic.

little work needed

not far from disney clean We had to call maintenance on a couple of issues (sliding door was unlocked when we arrived due to a lock being broken, nails in carpet sticking up-kiddos stepped on the nails, twin bed pull out was broken). Maintenance came the next day to fix. The guy was very nice and helpful. We had to purchase a pizza pan because there wasn’t one.

Great stay besides shower

We loved our stay here, with the exception of the guest bathroom shower. When we arrived, there was long hair all over the shower wall. I tried contacting Vacasa and never heard back from them nor the owner. Other than that, it’s a great stay! Would come again.

Disney Vacation

This properrty was great and accurate to the pictures and everything described! Property was clean for the most part on arrival. There was toliet paper on the floor in one of the bathrooms when we came in. Also noticed the floors could have been swept a little bit better but overall clean. There is a bright security light just outside the master bedroom window that shines through. I am very sensitive to light and it keeps me up at night if the least bit of light is on. Would reccomend for anyone that is the same way to bring your own black out curtains. We closed the blinds and it helped greatly but not enough to comeplety get rid of the bright light. It was very easy to get to the pool, lazy river, and water slides! Very short drive down the road to those ammenitites and our boys loved it there! Property is very close to Disney as well! We were there in 15 minutes! Overall the entire stay was flawless, amentities were great and as listed, and we had a great time. I would reccomend this property to a friend and would stay here again if going to Disney or Universal Studios
