Great house and location

One of the best homes we have stayed in by far! The owner Chris was very responsive with any questions we had and we will definitely be booking again next year.

Nice house in a lovely neighborhood

Very nice house, big enough for our family. Kitchen fully equipped. Easy communication with owner. Nice neighborhood. Walmart and grocery store very close. The closest public beach is about 2 miles away, and parking is not easy. Very happy about our stay.

One great week in Falmouth

We (family of three) spent one week in the house in the secound week of July. The house is very spacious and would be suitable for up to 4 adults and 4 kids. You will find everything in the house that you need for a great stay. Chris is a good host and always very fast responsive. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

Excellent Property

Would highly recommend this property. The house is very centrally located near many beaches and restaurants. Both the house and property overall were very clean and well maintained. The house is part of a development which has a pool, a playground for small kids and a place to play basketball. The quiet streets are also great for riding bikes. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. If we go back to the area we will not hesitate to rent this property again.

Great vacation spot

Loved our week in Falmouth. Property is in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood; close to beaches, great restaurants, downtown, and baseball (nothing better than Cape baseball). Plenty of space. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, knives, etc if you want to eat in. I would suggest buying a beach pass if you are planning on "beaching it" most days. You will pay for the pass in four days of paying as you go and have access to more beaches. Having access to a garage was great when bringing bikes, beach chairs, etc. This property does not provide linens as part of the standard rental fee. We were able to borrow king sized linens but that might not be possible for some people. Other places we have stayed have supplied linens but require you to strip beds and maybe start laundry before checking-out. Maybe that would be an option since not everyone has access to king-sized linens. We were not able to check-in on time as the cleaning crew was not finished. Was not a problem for us as we knew the area and found something else to do but might be a problem for others if it happens too often. Wonderful spot and hope to return another time.

Vacation Heaven on Cape Cod

Our experience with our rental property can only be described as exceptional. The location is ideal to explore the beaches of Falmouth as well as the unique shops and restaurants and take day trips from Woods Hole to the islands.. Pristine is probably the best word to describe our vacation home. We use this word HOME as the owners supplied everything to ensure a comfortable stay. We would go back again tomorrow.

Excellent Experience!

We have stayed in a number of different rentals during the past 30+ summers and are thrilled to have found this one. The house is located in a very nice, quiet development about 5 miles from downtown Falmouth and about 6 miles from Mashpee Commons. The house is beautiful: modern, spacious, bright, and immaculate. The rooms are good-sized, the beds are very comfortable, and there are ceiling fans as well as central AC. The deck and yard are lovely. Chris was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful home

We stayed here for one week over the summer. I needed a place that could suit the needs of family members age 8 to 80s, this was perfect, and would be a great house for people with toddlers as with the door between kitchen and living area you could contain things quickly. My kids were comfortable in the bunk room. My elderly parents were comfortable in the master bedroom, and safe navigating the walk-in shower and house without stairs or trip hazards. There are two living areas, one main living room and a smaller one of the kitchen, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out on rainy days. Three bathrooms and an outdoor shower so no one is in each other's way. The back porch and back yard are lovely (fully fenced in for people with littles). Kitchen fully-equipped and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The neighborhood is really quiet, traffic generally minimal and slow, and my kids were able to bike back and forth to the pool by themselves. Staff at the pool were great. There is a way to bike to the beaches and town center, but it's not that safe for little riders, so we put the bikes on the car and drove to the bike path or took the car to beaches. We didn't use the water access to the pond, but if you have kayaks or paddleboards access is really easy. I guess the only detail people should know that isn't in the listing is the queen is a memory foam style mattress. Also, if you have a small car, you need to bring sheets, bath towels, beach towels and your own beach stuff so plan carefully for how to fit it all.

Wonderful trip

The house was adorable, exactly as pictured. Our kids were able to relax, play games, snuggle into chairs to read, play in the backyard safely and get some good nights sleep. They cried when we left. Our first vacation in two years!

Awesome Cape Cod cottage

To begin, the location in East Falmouth was perfect for venturing all over Cape Cod. Minutes away from ferries to both Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Beautiful drives to everything Cape Cod has to offer. We experienced Wood's Hole to Provincetown with easy day trips and plenty time for soaking in the coastal vibe. The house was perfect! Beautiful interiors and the owners thought of every detail for a very comfortable stay. Relaxed on the backyard deck every evening after our busy days. Local Shaw's grocery just minutes from the house. We had a wonderful time and made priceless memories!
