Centralt belÀget i Falmouth, Àr det bara en halv mil promenad till stranden, restauranger och 200 meter till fÀrjan till Martha's Vineyard. (Island Queen Ferry Àr verksamt sÀsongsmÀssigt. För 2019 gÄr fÀrjeplanen (5/24 -10/14) 8 sovplatser.

Strax utanför matsalen sitter köket, som har allt du behöver för att förbereda en fÀrsk hummer middag eller saker quahogs. Matlagning sker genom gaspropan och frig har istillverkningsförmÄga, sÄ att du inte glömmer över fyllningen av isbubbrickorna. Frukostbordet för 2 Àr en perfekt plats för att planera dagens Àventyr medan du dricker kaffe. Det finns en traditionell kaffemaskin. .

Uthyrning inkluderar Àven anvÀndning av propangasgrill för sommargrillar. Det finns ocksÄ en utomhusdusch för att tvÀtta sanden efter en dag pÄ stranden. Garage innehÄller allt du behöver för stranden (kylare, stolar, flottor, skopor)

Det finns gott om sÀngar för alla dina vÀnner och familj. PÄ 1: a vÄningen hittar du tvÄ sovrum bÄda med en queen size-sÀng. Det finns ocksÄ ett nytt badrum med duschkabin.

PÄ övervÄningen finns ett annat nytt badrum med badkar / dusch combo och 2 gÀstrum. BÄda rummen har 2 enkelsÀngar. Det finns en extra queen-aero sÀng som kan stÀllas in pÄ begÀran.

Du kan packa lÀtt pÄ den hÀr resan eftersom det finns en fullstor tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare precis utanför köket.

Detta Falmouth hem Àr centralt belÀget i ett lugnt omrÄde. Du Àr bara en halv mil till Falmouth Heights Beach och mindre Àn en 1/4 mil till Falmouth Harbor. Hoppa pÄ fÀrjan till Marthas Vineyard för en lÀtt dagstur. Och Woods Hole ligger bara 5 miles away. Du Àr strax utanför den 6: e milmarkeringen av den ökÀnda Falmouth Road Race!

The home is so homey and surrounding area just adorable. Great close walk to the ocean and downtown. I would highly recommend this house if going to Massachusetts to see the Cape Cod attractions and surrounding areas.

My daughters and grandchildren enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for shopping and restaurants We even invited over other relatives from the area to enjoy a cookout and smores.. I would rent this place again.

Location was a big plus for us. We appreciated having only a 7-minute walk to the Martha’s Vineyard ferry, and having the downtown and restaurants nearby. We loved shopping in downtown Falmouth. Walking on the nearby beach, eating Wednesday evening’s lobster special at The Raw Bar for under 20!!! There were plenty of fans to help with the Indian summer heat. We felt right at home. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels, TP, and Kleenex. Our host was immediately available when we had a question about the heat and seemed appreciative and receptive to minor items needing her attention to insure her future guest would have as nice of a time there as we did.

Great place!

This house was perfect for our month long stay through the holidays; roomy, nice kitchen and living room with functional fireplace, convenient location close to town and retail, and nice walks down to the beach. Responsive communication with the owner. We would definitely stay again!

Girls weekend

The house was so clean and well stocked with all the necessities you would need. We loved it. Close to grocery stores, liquor stores and a short drive to downtown. We walked to the beach one day. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Falmouth. There were 5 of us. Plenty of room for 8.

PERFECT location & Great home!

This house is perfectly located to the beach, harbor, town, walmart/groceries/Kappys. Great beach house for the family and beautifully maintained. I am from Falmouth and was even surprised at how perfectly located it was for all things. The owner is available when you needed him and nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home, especially if you have a family!

Falmouth golf trip

4 of us playing as part of a golf trip with 48 guys. We decided to stay in a house rather than hotel. Great choice. House was clean, central to restaurants. It was nicely appointed and made for a pleasant stay and experience. Host was very accommodating.

Incredible weekend

This house is absolutely incredible! Everything about it was perfect. It was cozy, had everything we needed and the location was a dream. The host was just as incredible as the house! Very welcoming and super helpful. Would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a trip to the cape and interested in spending time at the beach and taking the ferry to the vineyard, the house is walking distance to both! The only downside was we didn’t stay long enough this trip but have already booked a full week next year and are counting down the days.

Clean and nice

This was our family’s second stay here. We feel valued and well-respected at this property because the property owner responds cordially, if and when needed, and always ensures that the property is clean and cozy, and we are careful and meticulous to leave it the way we found it, although I hope and am confident that the cleaner still comes in to clean and sanitize for the next guest(s). Keep up the good work!

Very Pleasant Stay

This place has everything you need for a very pleasant stay in Falmouth. Communication was great. Check-in was flawless once I figured out which key was which. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood and just minutes from everything anyone could need, including a GREAT patisserie/boulangerie that I wish we would have found two days earlier. The house itself is a bit older with a few minor, older house issues, none of which are bothersome at all. It is very well equipped. None of the nit-picks I have about the place amount to anything. I was traveling with my adult daughter, so having separated sleeping and bathroom areas was a plus for us. I would certanly book this again if we were to return to Cape Cod.

Charming Cape Cod home in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated how close it was to the ferry and a market. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Even some lobster pots which we took advantage of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home with plenty of room for everyone. We wish we could have taken advantage of the backyard but weather didn’t cooperate. Highly recommend this home.

Everything about this home is wonderful! Though not huge, it has substantial space for anything you'll need to do. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and pans and all you need plus spices and some cooking ingredients. Available are two full baths and four separate bedrooms, a dining room plus a small table and two chairs in the kitchen, cozy living room for hanging out and watching tv, back porch with table and chairs and chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful yard. Love the shelf of books to borrow or add to, many maps and local guides and restaurant menus. Checking in and out was easy. Hope to say again!
