Vårt Cocoa Beach hem är en 1600 kvadratmeter, en berättelse 3 sovrum 2 badrum, delad plan privatbostad. Bakgården har en vacker uppvärmd pool och en frodig gräsytor för alla loungepreferenser! Beläget i ett lugnt område är det 4 hus till stranden, en 8 minuters promenad norrut till piren och 8 minuter söderut till Ron Jon's Surf-butik samt flera restauranger / barer och andra lokala attraktioner.

Vi tillhandahåller strandutrustning som cyklar, mjuka toppbrädor, boogiebrädor, stolar, svalare, strandvagn och mycket mer för att njuta av allt strandglädje och skapa liv som håller Cocoa Beach minnen!

Great Stay, Close Beach Access

This was a very comfortable location. We appreciated the private pool that offered a nice depth even for the adults. The backyard was very private and nicely stocked with outdoor goodies.The inside was very comfortable, loved the addition of throws around the living area.The two king beds are on opposite ends of the house providing a nice amount of privacy.Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach access, nice pool

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Flamingo. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beach gear was great, complete with a beach wagon to haul it over in. There was a brand new beach umbrella, though we couldn't use it because it was way too windy.The hot tub did break down while we were there. The property managers did try to get it working and provided a discount when they could not (we only stayed a couple days). The pool was great. It was mostly used by my kids and they loved it, even using it before we checked out on the last day.

Beach Location

This property was very close to the beach, which we really enjoyed. We also made use of the pool and hot tub while at the house. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Close to Beach

Stayed for two nights ahead of a cruise and the house was great. Close to the beach with more beach toys than we could imagine using. Would stay there again.

Perfect Rental in Cocoa Beach

From the beginning, the owners were incredibly communicative. They shared information about the area and instructions for the home. When we arrived, everything was clean and very well sticked with necessities. Any questions during our stay were answered quickly. Would definitely stay there again when in Cocoa Beach.

Great place

We stayed here for the space coast marathon. The house was clean, great location for walking to the beach and pier, and we loved the pool/hot tub. The house is well equipped for cooking and lots of options for take out. The beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of towels for bath and beach. We loved it and hope to be back soon.

We can’t wait to come back!

Our family had a great time in Cocoa Beach and picked the perfect place to stay! The home was perfect for adults and kids and the location can’t be beat. All of the amenities in the home made our stay so comfortable and anything we needed was a short walk or drive away. This property has everything you need and the owners were great! Family Reunion

I brought my elderly parents and college age children to visit with my sister that lives at Merritt Island. This house was perfect for us all. A short walk for the kids to go to the beach, so shopping or to eat. The house was handicapped assessable for my parents and the pool area was a perfect place for us all to relax and catch up.

Phenomenal Getaway

Very clean, PERFECT location. Steps away from beach access and a near commute to the supermarket. I traveled with my 3 month old, a 7 year old, my wheelchair bound grandmother and husband. There was plenty of space and accessible items in the house for us. They had all the baby items we needed and then some. We hope to be back!

Great place- accurate listing

Great spot for a family with kids. Great layout, homey feel, attention to detail, well appointed. The master suite - with a den and sofa bed/crib area -was nicely private and on the opposite side of the other two rooms. It was great spot for one large or two small families. Pool area was a great place to lounge. Steps from the beach. Close to everything you need.

Perfection!

This place had everything we needed and more! It actually was bigger in person which is usually not the case, very nice surprise. The walk to the beach is so so short. Great little ice cream spot and pizza place right around the corner. I will definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Would for sure return

The listing is just as described, the hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had. All the beach toys and towels are perfect for families traveling from out state. The pool and hot-tub is perfect for a day of just hanging out at the house! We all had our space and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cocoa Beach!

Beautiful house.

Casa Flamingo has it all. Excellent location, 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean and nicely set up and organized. We loved the layout and although we did not need them there were baby seats, carriers and a playpen. The owners thought of everything!

Amazing location

I couldn't ask for a better location at Cocoa Beach. Just a short and easy walk through a residential neighborhood to the beach. The Pier was a short walk north and other shops/attractions a short walk south. No need to rent anything... Every beach item you can think of was provided (toys, chairs, wagon, cooler, body board, umbrella, etc). The pool and hot tub felt amazing when the weather was a bit cool.
