Best ever!

This condo was everything and more! It was spotless with absolutely everything we need and more. We’ve never stayed anywhere with such an abundance of towels and supplies. Kurt and his wife we wonderful to us and we could not have asked for a single thing more! Views of ocean and pool outstanding! Thanks for sharing your amazing place it’s us! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Beach time Bliss

We have stayed at the Cocoa Beach club for many years for spring break. This year was no exception. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The beach is right there and lots of things to do with lots of restaurants in the area.

Exactly as described

Property and unit were clean and well maintained and included toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Really nice, large pool with a perfect water temperature. Convenient to beach, pier and grocery. Ample parking on site during our October stay.

First Trip to Coco Beach

Our condo was wonderful! Very spacious, clean and so cute! The complex was clean. We Could see the pool and the ocean. We got to see a space launch, too. If you are going to Coco Beach...I would recommend staying here!

Fantastic place

The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was just perfect. The bedrooms worked great for our family. We also loved the location. We could see the ocean from the balcony, as well as the pool area. Such a nice, peaceful property.

Great location and place to stay

Great location, very short walk over to the beach/down to the pool. Convenient to Space Center, restaurants … It was very clean and well supplied with cookware. Rooms were large and well furnished. Beach chairs and toys also available

Cocoa Beach ‘24

The property was beautiful! The condo was just as it looked in the pictures and we had tons of room. The pool was huge and was a big hit with my 8 year old. The view of the ocean was great and being right on the beach was the best. It had great beach access. We loved this condo and would recommend it to anyone headed to Cocoa Beach!

Can't beat the location. Short walk to beach and the pier. Short drive to Orlando and the theme parks. Clean, spacious and comfortable. And a pool to top it all off.

Beautiful location and condo

This condo is so nice! The neighbors even wanted the info on booking ❤️ clean, well stocked, needed nothing but maybe better pillows. The pool was closed so hopefully next time we will have the benefit next time. Owner and manager great to work with!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was very comfortable, from the beds to the amazing supply of towels and bedding. It is much more updated than most of the condos that we stay at in Cocoa Beach. It was spacious, brightly decorated, clean, & had all of the extras needed in the kitchen for making meals. Thank you for helping us relax for 5 wonderful days in CB:)

Cocoa Beach Getaway

Close to grocery store, restaurants, tackle shop, Ron Jon's! Great access to beach and pier. Nice balcony. Very quiet- could not hear neighbors at all. Beach showers available. Could not fit our big truck under awning, due to concrete curbs, but other adequate parking available. Only improvement suggestion - a propane grill (s) in a better area. Definitely would recommend!

Convenient location. Steps to the beach and pool.

Beautiful townhome with everything you need. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need. We cooked most meals in. 4 adults and 2 grandchildren. Plenty of room for us all. Nice deck furniture with pool and ocean views. Owner very sweet and called to make sure we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend this property. This was our first time to Cocoa Beach and we had a great time. Convenient to Orlando and Kennedy Space Center, grocery store and restaurants!!

We love to spend time at this Beach Condo, which is beautifully maintained. We have 4 generation of family who have enjoyed the beach condo. We love the white sandy beach and and the ocean. Some of my favorite activities include: sun bathing, swimming, shell collecting, walking the beach, fishing, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, watching rocket launches, and enjoying the many great restaurants in the area and sharing memories.

This is a perfect beach location, close to everything, but secluded on the beach. You can walk to stores , restaurants, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. It is a very safe location for your family. The condo is beautiful with many upgrades including a new $25,000 kitchen with stainless appliances and Quartz counter tops. We hope your family will have many great memories of a wonderful vacation in our Cocoa Beach Condo.
