We had a lovely time on our vacation, the pool was nice and warm and the beach was so close! The location was perfect everything we needed to visit or go to was 15 mins away normally or even closer! We would love to come back!

Great value!!

Cute place next to the beach. My granddaughters had a blast at the pool. Many good restaurants and attractions near by. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved these condos!

I highly recommend this place to stay! It’s reasonably priced, clean, nice, and close to all the good places, including the beach! The views, and pools were awesome as well! 100/10 recommended from us! We are a family of 5 two adults, and three young kids!

Would love to stay again!

Great, afforable place to stay! Quiet area, everyone was friendly and helpful. The condo met our family's needs and also had a nice view of the bay fromthe balcony...perfect for morning coffee time. Great sidewalk along the bay for walking and could walk to the Lexington and a few shops. Check-in/out procedures were super easy and owner was easy to reach.

Wonderful getaway

Was great for what we were looking for! Nice view of the beach from the back door, pool from the front. No problems, no complaints! Would definitely consider a return trip!!

The location was nice, condo was cute BUT dirty. The remotes were sticky and dirty, the wall next to the bed was dirty like someone spilled a drink& didn't clean clean it

Wonderful experience

My wife, daughter, and I had an excellent time on our stay. The location was perfect with easy beach access. The property was clean and had all the ammenities we needed. We will certainly be staying again in the future.Thanks Frank for the experience!

Right off the beach. Kids loved it. Place was clean. Great for the price. Could have used a little updating, but otherwise decent.

Loved the stay but being on the 3rd floor and no elevator working was not ideal. Otherwise, it was awesome!

North Beach

Building could use some work. Especially the air condition. The bed was a little soft for my taste but besides that everything was accurate. No troubles.

Small, nice condo

My small family enjoyed our visit. The condo was fit for our purposes. It had the bare minimum of items in the kitchen. Need to bring your own dish towels, paper towels, etc. Very close to the beach with a beautiful view!

Great, short getaway

We had a very nice time. The pool on the property was clean and a nice size! The condo itself could use a few updates but it was clean, no bugs, and great location. We loved that you can walk through the gate and access the beach. We spent many hours out there finding hermit crabs and playing in the sand! The kids loved it. Frank was a wonderful host, prompt to reply and ready to help with anything. Thank you Frank!

Very nice

Property is as described. Kitchen was well equipped. Much better quality pans and intense is than I have normally seen in these types of rentals. We had one very dns issue while there and the owner was very available via phone and promptly took care of it. Would definately recommend this property

Oceanview

Frank was so easy to communicate with he returns every message very quickly without a doubt we really enjoyed waking up to the ocean and the seagull's! Checking out with very few things to do Frank just asks that the trash being taken out and dishes being done. Definitely will go back next year.
