The condo was beautiful and located right on the beach. 24 hour security and very fast elevators. The condo wasn't real clean but we cleaned what was needed. Only thing was there were no trash bags or extra toilet paper or cleaning supplies. Overall it was a great stay.

Wonderful for Family Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. Any problems we had were addressed quickly and efficiently. The condo had plenty of space and was right on the beach for easy access.

Clean and great location!

Clean condo within a great location to everything! Plenty of space to accommodate 6+ adults comfortably. Some minor updates could help (loose bar stool chair, partially broken light switch and fridge drawer). Washer/dryer definitely came in handy while we were there!

Beautiful Condo

This was a very clean, well kept condo. It has an amazing view from the balcony. It is very spacious for our family of four and we are already looking forward to coming back to this same Majestic condo. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Good trip but don’t forget the basics

Good property. They don’t leave a starter pack of automatic dishwasher detergent so you’ll have to hand wash or bring your own. Bring coffee filters (no Keurig). There’s an ice maker in the fridge so that was good! All in all a decent property. Appliances all worked. Bring beach towels and chairs if you don’t want to rent.

Almost Perfect

I loved the resort, I loved the pools, I loved the amenities. I did not love having my flip flops stolen near the stairs🥺 The cleaners need to use disinfectant. And the Laundry needs to actually be cleaned with some bleach. Other than that I loved it and will return.

Spacious

The condo wasn’t too high or low. You could see the beach from the balcony. And enjoy it with a quick elevator ride down, which is right outside your door. The condo was just right size room for 3 of us. We had a few set backs right at the start, but got over them. The pictures advertised the gym room which only owners have access to. Other than that we enjoyed our stay with no problems.

Great Views - lacking in support

Beautiful place with amazing views and access to the beach. Super nice customer support, but no action taken on any of the issues. Broken bathroom door and gym access pass never resolved.

Clean, but short on a few things

Upon our arrival, the condo smelled amazing! You could tell it was very clean. However, we started unloading our groceries and realized there were no “walls” on the shelves in the door of the refrigerator, so we couldn’t use the door to store anything. When we went to cook, we found that there was only 1 sheet pan and it was tiny, and also no pot holders to remove hot pans with. I will also say, bring blankets if you prefer heavier bedding! The bedspreads were very thin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and these were just small inconveniences!

Poor customer service

The room was as described, however upon entering we found a dirty sock on the headboard in the guest room. Our air conditioner went out after the first day and we immediately called the number provided. After numerous phone calls and reassurance that it would be addressed, we ultimately completed our trip with no air conditioning. Part of our group, with a young child, left early because of the heat. I am hoping to get some type of compensation for our trouble, but I have not heard anything.

Disappointed with our experience

We had were really excited for our stay. The check in process was easy. First thing we noticed was the master bedroom sheets and pillow cases were dirty. One pillow cases was even ripped. I contacted them and they couldn’t give us a solution. We went to wash dishes and the dishwasher has old stinky water in it. Contacted the property manager and they said sorry for the inconvenience just run it again. Little did we know the dishwasher actually didn’t work at all. An hour later someone called me and TOLD me a maintenance worker would be coming to put a new dishwasher in between 12-1 (giving an hour n half notice). There should have been a note on the dishwasher or I should have been at check in. Neither was true. The maintenance worker came during nap time and worked for over an hour. Said it was ready to go. Well when we went to wash the dishes per the check out paper, water started leaking everywhere. Again contacted the property and they said sorry for the inconvenience. Everything else was great. We loved the pool, the beach access, the workers and the community. Just wish the condo was cleaner and worked properly.

Nice room, a few upgrades

The property was as advertised. There are a few things that should be updated or fixed and management is probably unaware. The bolt to the main entrance should be replaced. It does not retract completely and we had to use a knife to unlock completely from inside the unit. This could be problematic in an emergency. The Roku TV volume stopped working on our last sleep. Not sure what’s going on there. And the room with the bunk bed doesn’t have any storage for clothes. I get that the drawers are under the bottom bunk, but they’re not accessible since they’re not actually fixed to anything. We always enjoy staying at the Magestic. I think this is our second time using Vacasa. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Place was dirty

Broken glass on the patio that was stepped in, sand on the floors, dishes were dirty, all needed to be washed before we used them. Filth underneath the chairs and couch, broken furniture on the patio, no call back from management. Extremely disappointed!
