On the 1st floor of a secure residence (without elevator), Type 2 apartment of 35 mÂČ including: Entrance with cupboard, living room with convertible sofa (140cm), flat screen and Internet, balcony with garden furniture, fitted and equipped open kitchen (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) a bedroom with 140 double bed with cupboard, bathroom with washing machine & separate toilet.
Please note, the apartment is located at the rear of the building, so the terrace overlooks the street and not the sea!
However, you have direct access to the seafront through the residence.
