It consists of an independent entrance leading to a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm), flat screen television and dining area, terrace with garden furniture, a kitchen area (ceramic hob, microwave/oven). multifunction, top refrigerator, a bedroom with 140cm bed, and a bathroom with a separate toilet.
At your disposal, free and unlimited access to the tennis court (free) and the collective swimming pool (open July-August depending on health conditions).
