quiet neighborhood but not too clean

Found several hairs on the blanket, sheets, and pillows. Not enough chairs for us to sit together at the dinning table. it was only 4 chairs so the kids had to eat on the soft. also was not able to use the spa because they claimed that we needed to ask for it before the check in because it takes a few days to heat up but during the check out I was not able to pick that option during the booking process.

Needs a little TLC

The house is comfortable and in a quiet and well kept neighborhood. The pool heat didn't work as expected, the TV's have little available programing (nothing local) and the ice maker seemed to work only when it was in the mood

Vacation house

The house is beautiful and very welcoming. Rooms were clean. The pool is perfect for swimming and hanging out. One thing that I did not like. That was the greasy trays left in the kitchen oven . Not clean pots in the cabinets. The outdoor grill oven is unpleasant and all covered in rust, definitely needs to be replaced or visitors need to be notified that it is not available. If they fix all these, and someone plans to stay longer and the house would be perfectly fine. I would return again.

Very Enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable stay. It took the pool a day and a half to warm up, but then it was very nice. The spa worked very well. Very private backyard and quiet neighbourhood.

Great Work and summer vacation

Came back to the area for work and brought the family. Was plenty of room and everything we needed as far as cooking and swimming and tv viewing with Netflix and Disney plus on the tv. Location was great for what we wanted as far as shopping. It’s also not far from freeway. Was a hot week, but we were comfortable with AC and fans in the bedrooms. Only complaints: The master bedroom didn’t have a lock. Also the master bathroom is beautiful with a huge walk in shower, but the glass window is see-through. Distorted, but see-through, so mom had to talk with kids about NOT peeking in it while she was in it!! Also the fridge froze all our veggies. So make sure you turn the temp up, which we should have done. Other than those minor details, we had a really great stay. I would suggest bringing laundry soap. We stayed a week and used almost an entire small bottle from the store that said 25 loads on it. We used the bbquer and loved it. There were pool towels provided which was nice. Also misters outside around the table which the teens liked. There is also a big park not far away on Monticello Avenue the kids liked.

The house was just as described and had everything you need.

I rented this property for my mother‘s 75th birthday. We all had a fabulous time and it was a great place. Comfy beds and beautiful surroundings. Just make sure if you rent this property you pay the extra to heat the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately I didn’t think it was needed since it’s so hot in La Quinta. But it’s a definite must to enjoy the pool 100%. My fault not the properties.

Perfect house for the Perfect getaway

This house had everything we needed. Beds are comfort and the living area is great for moving watching and hanging out with the family. The owners have quality liens, appliances, silverware, dish wear, and towels. Great Home and responsive property manager. Would definitely recommend to others and would come back!!!! Thank you for sharing your home!!!

Horrible Stay

We had no hot water for the entire duration of our stay - gas had been shut off. Although we received a refund, we were in town for a very special event. No stove to cook, no hot water to shower, and pool was ice cold - made for a horrible stay! To make matters worse, the maintenance man was argumentative with me on the phone, and was not empathetic to our situation. I would have loved to pay for a fully functional home!
