Nyligen renoverad och utsökt inredd av den berömda dekoratören Tina Hertzke. Denna eleganta lÀgenhet med ett sovrum ligger pÄ tredje vÄningen i en 1700-tals historisk byggnad i Rue Saint Sulplice med utsikt över landmÀrke kyrkan.
Det har ett öppet kök med en matplats som ger en vardagsrum med en lounge vÀnd mot skorstenen och har tvÄ stora fönster som vetter mot gatan.
Sovrummet med ett badrum bifogat har ett fönster mot en lugn innergÄrd.

Rita met us at the apartment to help check us in. She was extremely welcoming, friendly, and informative. The apartment is extremely clean and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and had great pillows! You can’t beat this location if you are a tourist that wants to see it ALL, as it is steps from many of the prime sites to see and a metro station. We will be staying here again next time we visit the beautiful city of Paris. FIVE STARS!

Chic Parisian Apartment

Attractive small apartment for a short stay in St Germain. Very comfortable with a good bathroom and compact kitchen. Enjoyed the views of Paris life below - the windows were excellent at excluding any noise from the street. Would definitely return as we love the neighborhood.

One week in Paris

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful apartment for 6 nights. Rita greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the unit. The space was perfect for us to spend the week traversing the city together and still have our own space. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and patisseries. Thank you for an amazing time.

This was such a great spot to stay in for my husband and I. Rita was such an excellent available host. She was so thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. It is a lovely apartment in the perfect spot in Paris. Walkable to great sites and restaurants with easy access to the subway and Uber if needed. HIGHLY recommend. We lucked out!

The perfect Pied-a-Terre!

Simply amazing! This beautiful space is the perfect place to live like a local and have the full Parisian experience. The neighborhood is magic! Great Location

Excellent "home base" in the 6th during our stay in Paris. Almost everything you want to see and do is walkable. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very cute. Communication and check-in with property management was easy and efficient. One thing to consider: It is up several flights of stairs so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Rita was efficiency and kindness itself, which is such a positive in this kind of trip. We would certainly stay here again when we are next in Paris and I recommend this apartment highly - just do be aware that there are quite a lot of stairs :-)

Wonderful apartment in great location

Apartment was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for the two of us with everything we needed provided. It was nice to have the air conditioning unit and a fan when the days were warm. Location was near nice restaurants, groceries, pastries and transportation. Hostess Rita was the best, greeting us and going over details regarding the apartment. She was also quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. A great place to stay!

Great location in St Germaine

Really great apt, everything you need to enjoy your stay. We appreciated the high quality wine and snacks left as a welcome. Always high marks when there are coffee pods for the stay (or choose the french press as we did). All other amenities in abundant supply, even umbrellas and shopping bags. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed. The 3 flights of stairs not a problem at all for us mid-sixty year old's. Markets, bakeries and fun shops nearby. We walked everywhere, loved the neighborhood!

Oh La La!

I am an interior designer so when I see "well done" I'm ecstatic! This property is not only exceedingly beautiful, and stocked like a high end hotel, (the sheets and towels are luxurious) but in the heart of one of my favorite neighborhoods in Paris. The owner is a dream to work with, and makes the whole process so seamless. Don't miss this little jewel!

Incredible stay in St. Germain

From beginning to end, we had a fabulous stay at Michel's apartment in St. Germain. The apartment is exactly as pictured and very well stocked, quiet, and comfortable. The location is just perfect - we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Paris during the week we were there. The restaurants surrounding the apartment are all excellent and the staff incredibly friendly. There are also several nice grocery stores nearby. If you are concerned about transport to the airport or train station, Uber is terrific and arrived early for our pick up on Christmas day. If you are looking for a really incredible stay in Paris, I highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect Stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Rita, the host, was very helpful and greeted us at the apartment upon our arrival with a bottle of wine and treats. The location is ideal with many wonderful restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Rita and Michel (owner) provided a very helpful list of restaurants and cafes as well. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only difficult thing was carrying our two very heavy pieces of luggage up 4 flight of stairs, but once we got up to the lovely apartment, we realized it was worth it. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend! Thank you, Michel and Rita!

Perfect in every way way

My wife and I could not have been happier with our stay at this lovely, perfectly located apartment. The beautifully appointed apartment is comfortable, immaculate, stylish, and includes every convenience we could have wanted, from a completely equipped kitchen, to fine bath products, to thoughtfully included umbrellas which came in handy one rainy day. Rita was the perfect host, totally available and welcoming. Thank Rita for the delicious bottle of wine, biscuits, and chocolate! We hope to return.

As our rating suggests, our experience was outstanding in all respects. Rita met us at the door and was a true professional and ambassador to Paris: knowledgeable, courteous and always approachable. Located in the heart of the 6th, our pied Ă  terre was a great home away from home - easy to walk Paris, vibrant, yet quiet, neighbourhood, at the centre of great restaurants and well equipped for dining at home. Lovely apartment, lovely location, lovely hosts

This is an amazing place to stay - comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great kitchen. Rita, the host, kindly met us at our convenience to show us up the stairs (there are indeed 4 flights) and all around the attractive apartment. The air conditioning was wonderful. Michel sent two lists of his favorite restaurants and we used them to find fabulous places to dine. There are so many wonderful places just steps away. Plus West Saint Germain is close by for shopping. Rita texted after a couple of days to see if we needed anything, so nice. Highly recommend.

Well appointed like a 4* hotel

Unbeatable locatIon near Odeon metro and buses. Carefully thought through design. Dramatic lighting, modern kitchen and bath with step in shower stall. Aesop’s bath products High end linens. Cozy wallpapered quiet rear bedroom. Good for a max of two people. 3 floor wall up with narrow stairs Feels like a really chic pied-a terre. Leaving me a bottle of red wine and some snacks was an elegant touch.

Wonderful apartment for a couple

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Although it is quite compact, it may be the best planned apartment we have ever rented, so it did not feel cramped, though it clearly is suitable only of an individual or a couple. The attention to details was evident throughout-clever placement of shelving for toiletries in the small bathroom, lights and plugs on both sides of the bed, plenty of shelving and closet space for clothes in closets in the living room, easy to use window shades for privacy. The decor was inviting, elegant, and stylish (unique and not the IKEA modern that many rentals seem to use). The stairs were a bit daunting at first but we got used to them quickly and they had good railings to aid stability. Perfectly located in the heart of St. Germain.

Great Location, Well Appointed, Elegant

Host met us at the apartment and provided details for our stay, including great dining recommendations. Property is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities, including a washer/dryer. Note that there are 64 stairs (we counted) to the apartment and no elevator. Carrying luggage up and down was a challenge, but didn’t bother us otherwise. For any single woman traveling, it feels like a very safe location and the building itself is secure. Easily walkable to main sites and with multiple cafes and restaurants within a block. Host brought portable air conditioner at our arrival, which we didn’t need, but I imagine will be appreciated in July and August. Will definitely stay there when next in Paris.
