Denna extremt raffinerade och elegant inredda 1700-tals lägenhet levereras med 11 meters tak, 10 fönster, ursprungliga parkettgolv och lister, stengolv i badrum och entré, utsikt över trädgården och veckovis städning.

Beläget på andra våningen i en historisk byggnad med fyra våningar, är den 1400 kvadratmeter stora lägenheten utrustad med ett modernt kök med bänkskivor i marmor och en gasspis, diskmaskin, frukostkrog, hall, vardagsrum, 1 stort sovrum och ett extra sovrum med drottning utfällbar soffa, byggnad säkerhet, plasma-TV, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, fyra stora garderober, höghastighetsinternet WiFi / kabel, telefon.

Men det är inte därför du vill åka till Paris:

Lägenheten ligger på Rive Gauche (vänstra stranden), ett kvarter från Seine (mittemot Louvren) och en fem minuters promenad från Café de Flore och Saint-Germain.

Det är "crème de la crème" så långt som adresser går - i mitten av antikvitetsdistriktet, nära alla typer av lyxshopping, närbutiker, marknader, blomsterhandlare, postkontor, apotek. Och mest av allt, bara några minuters promenad från Tuilleries Gardens, Louvren och Musée d'Orsay.

This is a lovely, very large, and quite typically Parisian apartment in a good neighborhood. The owner is helpful, responsive and professional. We've traveled to Paris for over 45 years, stayed in numerous apartments and hotels, and this is one of our favorite places to stay!

A lovely and very spacious property. Catherine was amazingly attentive with communication, even during very late hours at her location. We had a last-minute change in our plans that required some flexibility on Catherine’s part, and she was extremely accommodating. Strongly recommend.

You will live your Paris dream in this apartment. Every amenity is provided. Catherine was an excellent host and quickly responded to any questions. The apartment is one block from the Seine. Every morning I took a brisk walk through the Tuileries. Lots of interesting shops. If you love wallpaper, those shops are beyond. We were running around all day and then retreated to the apartment to make a simple meal and plop into bed (which was perfect, very important). We look forward to staying there again someday. The place is just beautiful!

Our first trip to Paris. We could not have asked for a better-equipped and situated apartment in Saint Germain. Easy walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and central Saint Germain. Catherine, our host, was accommodating, helpful, and communicative. Will return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris and at Catherine’s apartment. The space has a wonderful character to it—one side opens to the street while the other looks out onto a beautiful, peaceful courtyard, giving you the best of both atmospheres. Inside, it’s thoughtfully decorated with art that gives it the feel of a classic Parisian salon, full of charm without feeling overdone.The apartment itself is quite spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of room to settle in comfortably. The location couldn’t be much better—just a block from the Seine, within easy walking distance of many major sights, and only a couple of blocks from the metro for getting further around the city.It does have a bit of personality, and there are a few specific ways things are meant to be used, but that’s part of staying in a real home rather than a generic rental. For us, it added to the experience. We truly loved our time there and would happily stay again.

A wonderful place in Paris!

We enjoyed our two week stay in this wonderful apartment, perfect for a special Paris celebration. Beautifully appointed, clean and spacious, this lovely residence is located on a quiet street but centrally located. The owner is delightful to deal with and cares about her guests. The host/housekeeper is so helpful and welcoming. All in all, a very special place!

Perfect Location to Explore Paris by Foot

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities and plenty of space. Literally down the street from Musee D’Orsay and a block from the Seine. In Saint Germain neighborhood which is perfect location for exploring Paris - within walking distance to all major museums and full of great stores and restaurants. Quiet and with plenty of space between 2 bedrooms for privacy.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Paris

My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Catherine’s apartment for 8 nights over New Year’s. Great size for 3 people (4 would fit comfortably, too). The rooms were spacious for relaxing and 3 bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen was quaint and contained all the necessities for a long stay. The location was ideal for walking to many of the major sites in Paris. Lots of shops for specialty foods and great restaurant options within blocks of the apartment. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is just incredible. Beyond my expectations. And the host is incredibly responsive and helped us out with our airport transfers and all our other queries. 10/10. Can't wait to go back. Fabulous Paris Apartment

I love this apartment ! Having stayed there in the past ...pre-covid ....the apartment is still wonderful and well maintained . The housekeeper Ruth is very attentive to any needs you might have and is extremely helpful ! The apartment owner is great...always responds to any questions quickly . I definitely would like to stay again on my next visit to Paris !

Trusted and very nice housekeeper who has worked for me for over 15 years. She speaks fluently English and French and keeps the apartment spotless and all in perfect working order. She is of invaluable help when you need directions, or help with shopping in the neighborhood. Very discreet building, late or loud parties are not permitted, no smoking, no pets.
