3 sovrum 2. 5 badrum med ny utomhus varm / kall dusch. Bekvämt rymmer 10-12 personer. Det stora matkök och matplats har plats för 12 och har en extra bekväm sittgrupp. Over-sized vardagsrum på övervåningen med öppen spis. Nedervåningen har ett hölje / lekrum med futon, spelsystem, arkadkonsol, bar och öppen spis. Full storlek futon i det här området sover två. Nyligen uppdaterade däck är perfekt för avkoppling av havsbrisen och att höra de närliggande vågorna. Det stora sovrummet har tillgång till däck och en massagestol. Föreställ dig att du sitter och lyssnar på ljudet från vågorna precis utanför ditt sovrum. Havsutsiktsdäcket inkluderar ett matbord, Adirondack-stolar, vippar och solstolar. Varje sovrum har eget badrum, takfläkt och TV. Två uppfart ger plats för upp till sex fordon. Den lugna tillgången till stranden ligger bekvämt beläget bara en kort promenad ner på gatan. Bottenvåningen tvättstuga har tvättmaskin / torktumlare och extra kylskåp och en djupfrysning finns i det två stallgaraget. Pine Knoll Shore Beach Gathering

The house is very comfortable and well furnished. The owner was available and qick to answer questions and concerns. The only issue is the distance to the beach access. However, if one wants a mostly private beach experience, this one is great. Definitely a 5.

Family Beach Trip

Each year our extended family takes a trip to the area and we all really enjoyed this property. It was very clean and was well stocked with games, videos, and beach supplies. We had children between the ages of 5-18 and all of them found games and toys they enjoyed. We also really appreciated the beach carts to help carry things back and forth from the beach. The adults all loved the peacefulness of the deck and listening to the waves. Great property with a great location!

My name is Marietta. My husband and I have been married for 38 years. We live in North Carolina and love the outdoors. We have 4 children and four grandchildren. Neal is a retired biochemist who currently works on classic cars. I am retired from the school system as a long-term substitute teacher and tutor. We love the Pine Knoll Shores area because of the quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach. If you are looking for great food or some night life, it is not far away. This is a great place to entertain family and friends with plenty of places to spread out and chat or play a game or two. I love to read and so there is a collection of books to choose from and having had 4 children, we have more than one gaming system. There are two main gathering rooms; one upstairs and one down. This enables the gaming crowd and the those who want to chat to have separate areas. There is also a pocket door between the large kitchen area and living room for privacy.

Our 3000 sq ft home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood next to the beach. It is much better than having tight space with other people on all sides, above and below. Take in a sunrise or sunset walk on the beach or enjoy the view, right from the porch, with a warm cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail at night. Relax, kick back and enjoy time with your loved ones. This home has something for everyone. Are you into sports and cycling? There are bicycles for your use and boogies boards for hitting the waves at the beach. Into gaming,? There is a Wii, Playstation and arcade games? These are available in the downstairs den. Want to pamper yourself, take a seat in the full body massage chair, it's in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for those into cooking and plenty of seating for those into eating. Several sitting areas for being with family and friends both inside and out.

Very spacious 3000 sq ft with massage chair, corn hole, beach chairs, wagons and carts for carting things to the beach, bicycles, beach toys, and volley ball are here for you to enjoy. If you need things for a baby, I can supply you with a stroller, car seat and changing pads, as well as toddler toys and equipment
