Hidden beauty.

This was our second stay at this great location. Beautiful apartment. Perfect for my husband and I while visiting our daughter at Furman. Close to everything downtown. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Nice place!

We enjoyed staying here. The location is great; we walked everywhere! Enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning. The only thing I’d change would be to add a bedroom door. When one of us wanted to stay up later, the living room TV and lights disturbed the one trying to sleep.

Perfect Spot

Greenville is a great place! Having this perfect spot to stay made it even better. Just up the hill was Main Street, so don your tennis shoes and leisurely explore downtown. We easily used Uber to a couple of places when we dressed up a bit more. We will definitely stay again in this beautiful, simple but elegantly decorated apartment.

Perfect Downtown Greenville Condo!

The condo was even better than the pictures portrayed. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very roomy, too, and well equipped. This is the perfect spot for all things "downtown Greenville". We walked everywhere, including to Reedy Rides to rent bikes and ride the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Will definitely be back!

Pretty GVL condo

Lovely condo, and the parking space just outside the unit was a big plus. My only negative would be that the patio door needs a pull-down shade if someone is sleeping on the den sofa bed. Also, there is no door to the bedroom making it a better choice for a couple than a family. The location, however, can’t be beat!

Perfect Location!

Beautiful spacious condo in the middle of downtown Greenville. Perfect location to walk to all the restaurants, shops, and Falls Park on the Reedy. Condo looks great in pictures, but even better in person! Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved this condo! Quiet area, super clean, private entrance/exit, close walking distance to everything in downtown Greenville, etc. Once we arrived, we didn't use our vehicle again until we left. We will definitely stay here again.

The Gem of Greenville!

We were delighted with this beautiful condo and amenities! Super clean, close to restaurants, shopping and activities near Main Street! They pay attention to details (labeled lights, light snacks, keurig cups, anything you’d need in the kitchen) and very safe location! Parking was available but we walked most everywhere due to the excellent location! Owners were kind and responsive! We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s throughout the years and this is probably our favorite to date! I would 100% stay here again and refer to friends/family!

Great location, well-maintained

The condo was great for us. The layout was good, bed was comfortable, and the kitchen and bath had all the essentials. The condo is well- maintained and very clean. It’s a great home base for exploring down town Greenville. The only thing I wish it had was a full length mirror. We would definitely stay here again.

Downtown Greenville Getaway

Fantastic tranquil oasis in the heart of downtown. Apartment is tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The security of the apartment and the parking was great. We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend.

Loved the condo

The condo is clean, nicely furnished and love the patio. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and I loved the bathroom and luxury linens. Perfect location to enjoy everything in downtown Greenville. Even the sofa sleeper was comfortable.

Great condo with parking and patio - close to everything

I really enjoyed my recent stay in Greenville. The condo was very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The little patio was very nice to relax with coffee in the morning or an after dinner drink. Having a parking space was amazing, since parking in Greenville can be challenging. I didn't really need to use my car during my stay because the condo is within walking distance of the Peace Center, restaurants Reedy River Falls Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I will come and stay again.

Great Downtown Greenville Apartment

Clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is ideal and having a dedicated parking spot outside your door is so convenient. No need to drive all weekend as there are so many great places to eat and shop within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!

Don't Read This Review!!!

I am hesitant to write this review because I know that the more positive reviews they receive, the harder it will be to rent this property again. But seriously, this is a great listing. We loved the location, the layout, the whole dang thing. I was even able to sleep in the bed the first night which for me is a miracle. Convenient to restaurants and general walking in the downtown area. So clean. So open. Fantastic shower. Loved it, loved it, loved it.
