Vårt vackra lakefronthem är perfekt för en stor familjesemester eller familjesemester. Från det ögonblick du går in kommer du att bli förvånad över utsikten! Vårt rymliga hem är fördelat på två våningar och har 4 sovrum med eget badrum och sjöutsikt. På bottenvåningen ingår ett rymligt öppet kök, matsal och vardagsrum med en öppen spis och storskärms-tv. På denna nivå finns också två av de fyra sovrummen (1 kung, 1 drottning) med individuella badrum. Alla dessa rum vetter mot en stor skärmad veranda som löper längden på huvudnivån och inkluderar en egen TV.
Nedre våningen har ett extra vardagsrum med öppen spis, storbilds-TV och pentry. Denna nivå ger två sovrum med bifogade badrum (1 King, 1 Queen). Gå ut genom glasdörrarna till ett stort täckt område, extra sittplatser och en eldstad. Följ den dekorerade stigen ner ett kort avstånd till vår täckta brygga med enstaka båtslipp.
Vi är bara 20 minuter från Seneca för shopping och restauranger, 30 minuter från Clemson (bra för fotbollshelger) och Anderson, och 90 minuter från Atlanta. Harbour Light Marina erbjuder båtuthyrning och ligger ungefär 3. 5 miles med vatten och 10 miles med bil. Om du gillar golf är Chickasaw Point 18-hålsbana mindre än 15 minuter bort.
För dig som har ett större parti har vi ett andra hem (VRBO # 858455) och vi erbjuder rabatt när vi hyr båda. De två bostäderna är separerade av 5 andra hem, vilket gör det enkelt att gå fram och tillbaka.

Great!

My husband and I vacation yearly with a group of friends. It’s difficult to find property to fit our criteria but this house really did! There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 4 couples. The table was big enough for us all to sit at comfortably and the lower level had a big enough sitting area. Also, it feels very remote, but is only 10-15 minutes from places to eat and shop. I definitely recommend this place!

Christmas get away

Wow! What an amazing time we had at this lake house. The pictures don’t do it justice. My family absolutely loved it all. Each bedroom with its on bath was a must and they were clean as a whistle. The whole house was. We travel a lot and this was by far the most appointed house we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could want. We loved both of the fireplaces and loved being able to see the lake from everywhere. The bottom level was loved by the younger adults and they played games all day and night. The views were absolutely breathtaking and we loved the dock even though we didn’t catch any fish lol. Would stay here for sure again.

Funeral

The property was beautiful clean and very well laid out. Property owner was very quick to respond and understanding of our situation. I’d highly recommend staying here and if in the area and need a place to rent I’d pick this one every time

Another Great Year

We have stayed at this house a number of times to attend Clemson football games and it’s always been amazing. The owners have recently had many updates making it even more enjoyable. The additional space added out front for the grill and a table were great while cooking and the overall changes to the appearance of the house look amazing. The neighbors were friendly and fun to chat with and as always the catfish were biting from the dock. Another incredible weekend with great friends. A big thank you to the owners!

Wonderful Lake Hartwell Getaway

The property was wonderful for three couples looking forward to a long weekend at the lake. Very comfortable and well laid out home. Dinners on the screened in porch, afternoons on the lake, great views of the sunset all contributed to a great stay. Lots of games for rainy days - fortunately the weather was great and we didn’t need them. We would definitely return.

Fun Weekend Getaway

Our Happy Place II is an amazing property. The beds were so comfortable and the layout fit our two families to perfection. The downstairs area with the games was great for our teenagers and young adults. We will be back.

3rd time and still excellent!

This is the 3rd year myself, friends and family have stayed at one of Debra & Ron’s properties. Each year is just as nice as the previous. Very lovely owners to deal with who answer any an all questions and go out of their way to make the guests feel very welcome. Perfect

This review is late but absolutely necessary. We had a fantastic time here. The layout of this house is PERFECT! It was just two couples but this layout would be perfect for two couples with kids or four couples. The common areas are very comfortable and have everything you could need to keep busy for adults and kids. There were indoor and outdoor games. The outdoor propane fire pit was perfect for gathering in the evening. The outdoor swing was one of the most comfortable places I have ever been (I am trying to talk my husband into building one for my back yard). We enjoyed the dock as well. The location was perfect - on a point. The way the house is designed - when you sit out back, you feel like you are the only house in the area. It’s just gorgeous and the views of the sunset are beautiful. Thank you again SO much for sharing your piece of heaven with us! We had a fabulous time!

Another Great Trip

We recently stayed at this property for the third time and it has always been perfect. The house is clean and has a great setup for multiple couples with each bedroom having a full bath. Fishing is great off the dock and the 35 minute ride to Clemson isn’t bad either. Looking forward to another stay!

Fabulous!

Our stay at the Lake House was fantastic. Having the 2 levels made it nice for our son and his young family. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Enjoyed the outdoor furnitures and the view was awesome. The steps to the lake was easy walking and not very steep. Having no water equipment was a little inconvenient. Other than that all was great! We would stay there again.

Labor Day Getaway

We had a great long weekend staying on Lake Hartwell for Labor Day. It happened to be the start of football season. There was a TV for every game and lot of space to watch! The boys had TVs on with football upstairs and my daughter and I had a movie on downstairs! I love that every room has its own bathroom. The outdoor space is phenominal. Next year we are definitely going to rent a boat, though!

Fun Family R&R Time!!!

Fantastic set-up with a beautiful house on great water. long winding tight streets leading to the house for anyone pulling a trailer. Had a great time and everything listed/expected was there.

No Fair Play

We stayed here for a week while moving our daughter into her new place for her senior year at Clemson. We did this before at a sister property which was amazing too! Not only did we move her in with ease and no stress, we also spent more time with her at this wonderful property enjoying all the amenities it had to offer! We fished, went tubing, and enjoyed the marina life, with our rented pontoon boat that we easily docked at the house, which by the way gave us the best views and sunset pictures. The house was decorated beautifully, was super clean and spacious which allowed us to entertain like we were at our own home. The owner was super accommodating and was easily available if needed. Our family members said it was one of the best vacations they have ever had and want to make it a tradition. We highly recommend!!!

Great house on a Great Lake and Even better Hosts

The property is well maintained and the hosts were absolutely awesome. Very responsive and genuinely concerned that you enjoy your stay. The property is well appointed from having quality small appliances(such as a Kitchen Aid stand mixer) to provided beach towels and toiletries if you forgot them. The screened in porch was great. Even though there is a TV out there, you won’t need it with all there is to do. Very nice to have a second full size fridge and the two separate living areas. The big gas grill was awesome and a second tank was provided. Truly everything was thought of. Will look to visit this house again. Thank you for helping create memories!

Great home for family grad trip

We had a wonderful time at the home! Each bedroom having its own bathroom worked out perfectly. It was also great for our family (grandparents and aunt/niece) to gather in the common area for games and meals. The upstairs screen porch also provided a beautiful view of the lake and was a nice place to relax. Our daughter and her friends enjoyed time on the dock and we were able to rent a boat for the day based on the owner's recommendation. The home was clean, looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great gathering place for our family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Clemson!

Our togetherness

Very impressed and was perfect set up for our family, very clean, well furnished and liked the Christmas tree provided by the hosts. We were not disappointed in any way…only negative was coffee pot carafe was not the right for the drip coffee pot, caused an overflow but we improvised..
