Overall, the property was good for our group of 15. The dock was on the water and easily accessible with a boat from the marina. Only a few things would have made the stay more inviting. The patio furniture was covered in leaves and spiderwebs. If we would have had a leaf blower to do it ourselves, we would have. Also, the lake water level was 9 ft low, so we had to walk through some mud to get to and from the dock. Infortunately did not have access to a water faucet or hose outside in the back of the house to clean our muddy feet prior to entering the house.

We had a wonderful time with our large family celebrating Thanksgiving. We enjoyed several local activities such a a winery, hiking, and the safari. The adults loved interacting with the animals as much as the kids. Plenty to do in the cold weather for a long weekend stay.

Wonderful Lake Hartwell Location

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. Ample space for everyone and the proximity to I85 and the marina was great. Close shopping in Lavonia or Hartwell.

nice place. we had a good time. The only drawback was that I was told by the owner it was only a 30 minute ride to Clemson Football Stadium when it was a 45-50 minute ride. This was farther than I wanted to stay.
