Du hittar inte en bättre balkong på ön! Två stora balkonger (600+ sq ft) plus en extra stor landning utanför ytterdörren ger nästan 300-graders utsikt över ön från Inverness # 901! Njut av soluppgången på morgonen med ditt kaffe från den stora balkongen med utsikt över havet. Njut av solnedgången från antingen den omlindade balkongen eller den främre uteplatsbalkongen, allt mycket privat eftersom det här är en hörn. Denna lägenhet är perfekt för en lugn, lugn semester från livets stress.

Alla tre sovrummen har fantastisk utsikt: befälhavaren har en spektakulär havsutsikt, de andra sovrummen har utsikt över bukten och staden. Master har en helt ny King size Beautyrest kudde-madrass och boxfjädrar. Andra platser du funderar på att stanna kommer inte att vara lika bekväma! Det moderna köket renoverades 2019 med bänkskivor i granit, vita skåp och helt nya rostfria vitvaror inklusive kyl / frys, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Det är fullt funktionellt och fyllt med väsentligheter som plattor, skålar, glas, bestick, brödrost, mixer, etc. De två badrummen har också nyligen renoverats och inkluderar bänkskivor i granit och vita skåp. Det stora sovrummet har en TV och en solstol och är ansluten till det stora badrummet som erbjuder privatliv och en stor duschkabin. Det andra badrummet har en stor bänkskiva och en kombination av badkar / dusch. Vardagsrummet är rymligt och har en soffa med en queen-size bäddsoffa. Lägenheten är full av alla nödvändigheter du behöver för din semester inklusive 4 bodyboards (2 vuxna / 2 barn), 3 solstolar, badhanddukar, sandslottleksaker och spade, spel, badrumstillbehör, handdukar, sängkläder och till och med en 50 ”4k TV och Sony Ultra-High Disc-spelare (spelar 4k UHD, Blu-ray och DVD) för att njuta av filmtid som familj. Lägenheten Inverness 901 är en stor hörnsenhet (1360 kvm) vid Inverness (vilket betyder "fred i vildmarken"). Utanför hittar du en underbar pool och 2 badtunnor (1 är endast vuxna) som ligger på 3: e våningen med fantastisk utsikt över havet!
Gångavstånd till några av öns bästa restauranger, pubar och strandbar: Wanna-Wanna Beach Bar & Grill, Kelly's Irish Pub, Coral Reef Lounge, Parrot Eyes och Ted's. För andra restauranger och barer hoppar du helt enkelt på Island Metro Trolley gratis med hämtning framför lägenheten! Mindre än 1 mil till populära öaktiviteter som Sea Turtle Inc. och South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. Tillträde till stranden är extremt lätt. 30 meter bort. Eller så kan du utforska fantastiska sanddyner och till och med köra din bil på stranden om du tar norrut i cirka 5 minuter. 1 täckt parkeringsplats tillgängligt i parkeringsgolv 1 & 2 som är ansluten till lägenheten och tillgänglig via hissen. Excellent

Amazing rental experience!

Renting with SPI Rentals was a truly wonderful experience. Instructions were clear and there is an on-island office that's open most of the time in case of any issues. The property was exactly as described and was clean and extremely comfortable on top of having a completely stunning view. Thank you!

The view was amazing! Beds were very comfortable! Check in process was easy although inconvenient to check in at 2 locations. Only had one key fob which is difficult to get to the beach if your whole group isn't going together. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. The patio was amazing but your feet get filthy dirty (needs to be mopped).overall a beautiful place and would come back. Feel for the money, more toilet paper and paper towels should be supplied and if more then 2 people are staying a second key fob is necessary.

Very nice place to stay, would book it again.

Nice place, very clean and roomy. The balconies are great! Wish they had beach towels, chairs etc as well as a small cooler. If you travel by air you'll have to rent / purchase these items and leave there. If you drive bring them with you. Very nice place to stay, would book it again. Thank you.

Perfect!

The condo was perfect for our group. Large and spacious. Very clean and had everything you'd need including all the kitchen utensils you'll need. They even supplied some S&P and cooking oil. Very nice touch. This condo is probably one of the best we've stayed in in the 10+ years we've been coming to SPI. Management company was very communicative and easy to deal with. We'll be staying here again for sure.

Family vacation

The unit and location is great, and neighbors are friendly. The only issue is the smell in the master bath shower. It may be sewer or what's behind the tile, which has quite a bit of grout missing.

Wonderful #901

We had a great stay here! We came to spend Christmas Holiday and we were not disappointed. It literally is just feet from the beach. The accomodations were nice. Comfy furniture, swivel chairs were great to view TV and ocean! The beds were comfy and bedrooms were roomy especially the master. The wrap around balcony was wonderful and spacious! It was the entire breadth & width of the condo from living area to master bedroom. There were plenty of bath towels and hotel size shampoo & conditioners. E♥️

Great room and view but needs better maintenance.

The room was nice, clean, and as advertised. However the bathroom ceiling started leaking after a strong storm, causing large water filled bubbles in the paint. Notified front desk but management email was undeliverable. Elevators were inoperable during most of our stay. Great location, views, parking, etc. Just needed better maintenance.

SPI Stay

Getting information from SPI before the trip was like pulling teeth. They didn’t tell us about going right to the condo until I kept asking questions. They gave me incorrection information about getting from the airport to S Padre so we didn’t have transportation. Luckily there was a taxi van at the airport that would accommodate all of us. The condo smelled and we had to keep the doors open at all times.

Wish I could give ZERO stars

Parking is horrible if you drive a truck. Bring fans bc this place has no ceiling fans or overhead lights. The worst part was the smell! Every time you take a shower, it smells like a sewer. After a few days, it ALWAYS smelled like a sewer, so we had to go! They gave us another place, but it wasn’t oceanfront, and while they did compensate us for the difference, our vacation was already RUINED.

Poor

Overall not a good experience with SPI rental they called us on the arrival day saying that the room that we booked is not available, we can put you on another room. Then they called us again saying oh that room smell bad you wouldn't like it. They put us on the 3rd room and that room was not cleaned at all. We finally got another room the next day which was #901 it's was nice.

It was ok but probably won’t return

The condo it’s self was nice but the lack of a in the condo washer and dryer will be the main reason we won’t come back. The building staff was mostly rude leaving notes taped to our car doors about silly stuff like no front license plate, golf carts, or that our truck was too long was not necessary. No gate key fobs provided. Double charged us for our stay, took 4 days to refund. No bed spread on master bed. Small assortment of kitchen tools. No kitchen hand towels or soap. Stay was good but will probably choose another place next trip to South Padre.

Spring Break 2023

Area of condo was perfect and views were gorgeous. We would stay here again. There was a couple things that would have made the stay a little smoother. There was an issue with the keyfob needed to park and use the private entrance to the beach. SPI said Iverness had it, Iverness said SPI had it. SPI said they would find out where it was and call me back, but I didnt get a return call. If you stay, make sure they give you one. In the end, we ended up getting a loaner keyfob from the Iverness desk. Washer / dryer is a shared set for the building. It worked well, but costs $3.25 to do a load. So, take quarters if you plan to use them. Kitchen was stocked with everything except coffee cups. We honestly had a great stay and would stay again. Giving 4 stars only because I was frustrated with the handling of the keyfob.

Review for Inverness, Unit 901

POSITIVES: - Excellent value or bang for the buck. - Superb view of the gulf, and Good view of the bay. - Nicely appointed condo, Kitchen, Master BR and Living Rm. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. - Excellent A/C worked flawlessly. - Private garage parking. - Pool was just OK and a bit of a pain to get to. - Just a couple min. drive to Resturant/Shopping/Grocery, etc. DOWN SIDE: - Parking garage was a bit tight, but we managed to park our larger than typical SUV; just move slow and careful. - Parking lane widths unreasonably narrow, adequate for compact car only. - Spare bedrooms (single beds) were limited to small children only, not bad though. NEGATIVE: - Only 1 working elevator (but it is relatively quick moving) - Office staff were not friendly, seemed not too happy to be working there, and on the one occassion we asked for assisstance with garage access (roll up gate stopped working), they acted put-out. - Construction activity used up the side-portion of our wrap around balcony. - Hot tub was DOA, but we don't care for community hot tubs anyway.

Lots of good memories made here with our kids.

Beautifully decorated condo with everything you need. Perfect location right on the beach with huge wraparound balcony. You have access to pool and hot tub as well. Condo is spacious and well maintained. Our dishwasher was broken but and a fuse burned out, but maintenance fixed both issues. Lots of good memories made here with our kids.

Great spring break trip

Took the family to SPI for the first time and loved it! Great, quiet location with easy beach access. Amazing views! We even happened to be in town for Space X launch and watched from the balcony, although the beach would have been even better. Nice condo for a relaxing getaway.

Enjoyable Lodging

Great location! Right on the beach!! Unable to enjoy the balconies, which were great, because of the high winds and cold. Washer/dryer by the elevator, quarters needed. Rubbish shoot for trash on same floor. No condiments, only 2 hand towels for a party of six. Low on wash cloths, as well. We bought antibacterial hand soap for the 3 sinks. No kitchen towels, only paper towels. Just an FYI for future renters. All in all a great trip!

Great beach condo

The condo was nice and the beach was beautiful. However, the access to the pool was sketchy at best. You have to use a key fob, but you only get one. So, if you want to return to the room but others want to stay at the pool, you have to have them let you out and back in. But if you take the fob with you and leave others at the pool, they can't get out until you come back. It seemed like an emergency disaster waiting to happen. There were no kitchen towels and scratchy hotel towels for the bathroom. The twin beds were not comfortable. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms were really nice. The balcony was worth the price.
