Hemmet är obefläckat och hålls varje vecka av sina ägare. Du hittar FOUR välutrustade sovrum som sover 18 i tyst komfort. Det finns ingen "inramning" på Beach Getaway på grund av det stora utrymmet som varje sovrum ger. Oavsett om du stannar en helg, en vecka eller längre, kommer Beach Getaway att fungera som din privata oas.

The place was a 3 story condo with two rooms on the first floor and two rooms on the third floor. The second floor was the living area and kitchen. The only hiccup was that the A/C was not working on the second and third floor for the first night. The owner was very responsive and got it fixed immediately once we notified him. Location was great as the beach was a short walk, right across the street. Located near everything. Lots of space and ammenities. I would highly recommend this place.

Great stay

Was a great house. Came for spring break with a group of 12. There was plenty of room and it was a great location. Appliances could be updated, water from the fridge was slow to come out and the oven took awhile to heat up.. other than that great experience and I highly recommend this place.

A Place to Make Lifelong Memories

The property is amazing, and was one of the highlights of our vacation in South Padre. Walking distance to the beach, and ample space and amenities. Host was very responsive. Minor issue with the washing machine didn’t overshadow a wonderful visit

Very family friendly

The house was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space. Our favorite spots were the large living area and pool where we could hang out together. The beach was so close. Our whole family enjoyed this beautiful home. Our host quickly attended to all issues that came up.

Spacious getaway for a big group

My family and I stayed here over Easter weekend. The layout allowed for seclusion for our multiple families when we desired it, and the spacious family living room/kitchen level was a great “home base” for everyone to gather. Right on Gulf Blvd, you are directly from a nice public beach access point, so that was perfect. The beds could have been more comfortable, but aside from that, it was a great stay for us! Host was excellent with communication and setting our group up for a fun stay. House was well stocked with kitchen fixtures, so you won’t need to be worry about much there.

Was cozy and clean

Was clean and cozy. Only problem with our stay was that the first night was hot since the ac had frozen and tv sound was not working.

Loved it!

Literally a perfect location, 10 steps to the beach. House was beautiful and clean! Comfortably held 18, though, I wish there would have been pull out couches. However, super comfortable couches! Walks to the bars or restaurants were about 40 mins max in either direction. We had a great time grilling and hanging out by the pool on a cloudy and windy day. So many balconies! We really had a great time in this house!

Great location, helpful owner, needs maintenance.

I can’t say enough about the owner. He was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a great time and the island is beautiful. However; This property is in need of some maintenance. The upstairs AC unit was not working during our stay. Luckily it was only 75 outside and wasn’t too uncomfortable. The light in the upstairs bathroom toilet room didn’t work. The shared bathroom door didn’t have a working lock. The bunk bed bolts were loose and did not feel secure.. the railing on the top floor porch was loose. There were just a bunch of random deferred maintenance issues.

Beautiful beach house and the perfect location

The home was beautiful and spacious! Location was perfect right across the street from the beach with ocean views. What you see in the photos is what you get! We had an awesome time! Adam, our host was available and professional. I had a couple concerns and he handled them with immediately. My family and I are planning to go back to Padre again at the end of the summer, and I plan to book this property again for our stay. This home is perfect for a large group!

Wonderful location and beautifully maintained property

Our group of 12 settled in quickly and were welcomed by well maintained 3 floor home. Great location and steps away from clean and family friendly beach. The owner was prompt in welcoming us and addressing any open questions we had. Highly recommended!!!

Great house

This house is a perfect location for a larger group. We had 9 adults and 2 teenagers and everybody was happy with house. Communication with the homeowner was fast and helpful. We’ll likely stay here again.

Perfect location across from beach access. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space to accommodate our large and diverse group of adults, teens and an infant. Kitchen and living space on 2nd floor a dream for gathering, relaxing, and watching early morning sunrise.

Beautiful home, just steps from the beach.

This home had everything that we needed for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for all..a large living room for family gatherings and the bonus space upstairs was great for the teens in our group. The private swimming pool was a great addition to our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the large Weber gas grill worked great for our big family meals. Adam and Cara were wonderful hosts! They were oh so patient while we worked out an invoice issue qith HomeAway. We'll stay here again when we come back to SPI!

Great family place !

Great house. Has everything you need ! Nice kitchen for the whole family and cooking area. Very well insulated , can’t hear anything from either floors. Literally just steps from the beach. I will definitely be back !
