Detta hus är en ny hyra för 2020. Ain't Life Grand är ett hus på 1800 kvadratmeter som ligger på Mississippi Sound-sidan av Dauphin Island. Detta hus är mycket speciellt i och med att det har en privat strand på Mississippi Sound och en marknivå pool. "Golfen" -sidan av ön är bara en 7-10 minuters promenad eller en 2-3 minuters golfvagnstur. Huset har nyligen renoverats. I hyran ingår 5 kajaker, inklusive singel-, tandem- och barnkajaker, för att utforska kanalerna och sundet. Dauphin Island anses vara solnedgångshovedstaden i söder och Ain't Life Grand får några av de bästa utsikten över solnedgångar på ön.

För fiskaren har Ain't Life Grand en förtöjningspost för din båt och hanterar en båt upp till 28 fot. Ljudet är fullt av fläckig öring, rödfisk, flundra, trippel svans, ling (kobia), krabbor, räkor och mycket mer. I viken hittar du alla ovanstående, plus snapper, grouper, kungmakrill, spansk makrill och många andra arter utanför kusten.

Ain't Life Grand är perfekt för familjer och barn. Ljudet, där den privata stranden är och huset ligger, är grunt och lugnt, perfekt för både barn och vuxna. För mer surfa och Alabamas berömda vita sandstränder bara gå till öns viken

Ain't Life Grand har också en Crow's Nest på toppen av huset med 360 graders utsikt Det stora bakre däck har utsikt över poolen och privata stranden.

Husets layout är ett 3 sovrum / 2 badrum. Befälhavaren har ett anslutande badrum och queen size-säng. Gästrum 1 har också en queen size-säng och gästrum 2 har 2 uppsättningar våningssängar. Båda rummen har ett gemensamt badrum med dusch och badkar. Huset sover 8 bekvämt.

Utanför har du ett enormt däck runt poolen, en varm och kall utomhusdusch, tillgång till stranden och under huset finns en gasgrill för att laga din fångst och havskayakstället.

Du kan chartera mest båtar i alla storlekar för fiske, kryssning, delfinbesiktning etc. Och du kan också hyra båtar på Dauphin Island Marina.

Ain't Life Grand inkluderar också alla linjer, parabol-TV och höghastighetsinternet.

Du kan hyra en golfvagn för din vistelse direkt från ägarna efter bokningen.

Spring Break

John is an amazing host! He set the expectations before we arrived. The house was right on the water with plenty of water toys. The pool was wonderful but would have loved a few loungers for sun bathing. We are from the Midwest so we were not familiar with the area. John helped and his recommendations were great but we found taking the ferry to Fort Morgan and going to Publix was better for us than Greers grocery. Our kiddos have a few allergies and Publix had more choices. I feel the best part of this trip was how laidback it was and you have no choice but to disconnect and stay in the moment. Our kids loved the freedom of being able to explore while feeling safe. Thank You John & family!

Had to come back again!

We liked this property so much last year and had to come back. The pool was perfect. We caught fish from the beach and in kayaks. John is an excellent host, I hope we can do it again next year.

Perfection

This is a great location, on the sound side of the island less wind but all the sun. Great amenities, pool and gold cart are a must! The owner was very nice and helpful!

Wonderful trip

House was beautiful, clean, comfortable. Really enjoyed the go cart and highly recommend renting it. We had some issues with the pool heating and kayak but they were resolved very quickly. Communication with John was impressive and we are looking forward to staying again!

Great time!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owners were very nice and checked in with us to make sure everything went well. The house was clean and just as advertised and the neighborhood was very quiet. This was our first stay on the gulf and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The property was just perfect for our family . The beach , pool and view were amazing ! You even had a view of the beach and bay from 2 of the bedrooms, which also had glass doors opening to the upper deck. The pictures can’t possibly do it justice.

Best Fall Break Ever

The perfect beach house for children. Pool was wonderful, we had it heated, and the beach was literally 7 steps away. I would recommend adding the golf cart. We didn’t use our car the whole time. John was an amazing host with exceptional communication. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

First off, the owners are the most amazing, friendliest, and honest people. We had the most amazing trip and John made the whole process easy and stress free. The house was very clean and I just can’t put into words how stress free this trip was. During our stay we had the threat of a hurricane, and we didn’t even have to worry about that because John watched it hour by hour and assured us that he would let us know if there was even a doubt of our safety. He said he would refund us but thankfully, we didn’t get affected by the hurricane. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Fantastic getaway

The property is perfect in location and beauty. It has all the amenities and more. I highly recommend this as your next beach vacation. It is a spacious home, well equipped for cooking in and the outdoor space is amazing. The pool is wonderful for coming home to after a day at the beach when you need to get away from the sand and heat. I also want to say that the owner looks out for your every need including any tropical storms that might head your way. He is all about your safety! We will definitely be returning!

Quiet family time

This was a great way to slow down and just spend time with the family. There are not many distractions on the island. With less attractions we were able to just enjoy each other's company.

Just as good as the first time

Great place! Loved it so much the 1st time, we came back 2yrs later for another week. The owner reached out before and during our stay for updates, which I think is cool and the house remains in great shape. I took my kids kayaking every evening to catch the sunset in the sound and it was awesome. During our week stay, we had 2 pool visits for pH checks which made me feel better about both kids in the water almost all day. Beautiful location, well kept house and friendly owner. We are getting this house again next summer!

Life Was Grand!

Hi there! I wanted to comment on what a lovely week my two adult children and I had staying at "Ain't Life Grand!" We returned from Dauphin Island three days ago and are already looking forward to returning as soon as we can! The owner's of the property are top notch! They have thought of everything to welcome newcomers to the island and their home! The private beach on the bay and the chlorinated swimming pool were having the best of both worlds at our feet. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The photographs are accurate and depict the many amenities needed for a visit to DI. Lonely Family Vacation 2024

When we arrived the home was as very clean. The pool area was nice. The kitchen was stocked well with any item you should need for stay. My grandbabies have been kayaking but they loved it. And when we left this morning you could see dolphins out in the sound playing❤️

Best beach vacation

The property is even better than described. Beautiful views, quiet surroundings, private beach space and being close to everything the island offers! With the golf cart we drove our car twice and it was so convenient and easy. We will be booking our next stay very soon!

Life Doesn't get any more grand

Our family spent spring break '24 at Aint life Grand. The prior reviews are not exaggerated, this place is truly awesome! We loved the pool and having a beach in the back yard. The house was well equipped and meticulously clean. John made everything easy getting in and answered questions very quickly. We also had friends on the island that came over and couldn't believe how cool this property is. They all commented on the fantastic amenities as well as how clean and nice the house was kept up. The crows nest on the roof was also a favorite hangout for the sunsets. We hope to return in the near future.

Spring break 2024

This is the perfect place to stay with kiddos. The kayaks and pool kept them busy most days. The sunsets are incredible and the golf cart was a fun add on. John is an exceptional host. He made sure everything was going good and any issue that arose, he would take care of immediately. We would stay again and again. In fact, we never wanted to leave it in the first place.

Holidays on Dauphin Island

This property is decorated very nicely, which creates a warm, comfortable feeling. The decks are perfect for the beautiful views. Pool looked great although we didn’t use it mainly because of the weather. We celebrated Christmas and Thanksgiving with local and out of town family. The Host, John, even surprised us by setting up a Christmas tree which added to our Christmas spirit.

Great house, great location!

Loved this house! The amenities and pool were as described. We have stayed in Dauphin Island but never on the bay side. We loved it. All 3 kids loved the pool and kayaks. Hoping to visit again.
