från din privata balkong kan du titta på solen stiga över havet eller sitta på natten och njuta av stjärnorna över havet när lamporna från avståndet fartyg passerar förbi.

Poolen är omgiven av en se igenom gated staket som du har nyckeln så att du kan sitta med utsikt över stranden eller promenera ner till stranden.

Oavsett om du är här för en avkopplande semester eller för att njuta av spännande åkattraktioner, vattenskoter, parasailing, helikopterturer eller fiske, erbjuder Daytona Beach något för alla.

This condo was absolutely perfect. The room was amazing, and spotless, the amenities were great! And all of the instructions were clear and easy. The hosts were so kind and communicated with us immediately when we asked any questions. Checkin was effortless and so was check out.

Rolex 24 race stay

Grandson and I came to Daytona for the Rolex 24. The place was easy to access and very clean. My only minor complaint was the pool and hot tub are only accessible from sun up to dusk. Our time at the track prevented us from using either.

Beautiful view!!

Waking up to the ocean every morning cannot be beat! The view can be seen from anywhere in the main area. Quick walk to pier and shops. Beach is literally right outside gate and just steps away. The building is pretty old, but the apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We would stay again!

FANTASTIC STAY!

10 nights over Christmas Holiday. This VRBO is perfect for one person or a couple. It was clean, shower was hot, and bed was comfortable. Also had all essential kitchen items needed. But it is the location and VIEW that make this the best!! It sits at the top floor of the building, so nobody above you. The pool is awesome and heated. I did not have a car, a lot is walkable and UBER was readily available at all hours. You can reach the pier, & Starbucks at the Hilton in about 20 minutes (about 1 mile). This beach is the best walking beach! You can also get food just a quick walk North to Crabby's Oceanside or Landshark Bar & Grill. There is also a Pizza Hut and 7 Eleven within walking distance. If you are a walker like me, I walked South just under 2 miles to the Winn Dixie for groceries and then UBER back. Owners were quick to get back to me when I had question's prior to the stay. Would book this again in a heartbeat! Thank You Ryan & Esther!

Property was nice. Only problem never got a code to get into the room took over an hour to get it straightened out our first time using this was quite the experience needs new couch and hot tub didn’t work on our stay

Perfect retreat for a weekend away

I was there Labor Day weekend and was pleasantly surprised that the pool and beach weren’t packed. Gorgeous weather, clean seaweed-free white-sand beach, warm Atlantic waves lapped my feet as I walked to the pier and back. The 8th floor views were stunning! The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. The room was comfy and SO quiet! At the pool, there was always a lounge chair available. Communication with the owners was easy. Talking with the residents was enjoyable. I will be back to VRBO here again.

Would stay again!

The condo was exactly as listed! Beautiful room and view. Everything we needed at hand. The outside of the building threw us off a little but we understand repairs are underway. Host was amazing and answered questions with no problem. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

Very nice cozy condo. Owners have done an excellent job in making this the home away from home. Everything was as advertised and so much more. Will definitely come back to this location. Loved every minute of it.

Beach & Sun Get Away

Very relaxing in a cozy, nice small condo. Wonderful Ocean views. Perfect for me. Stores and restaurants close by or take a quick Lift ride , if you have to go a little further. Very beautiful beach. Recommed to stay, i would like to return someday.

RELAXING VACATION

The sun rises are breath taking, the view is beautiful, the condo was great and had everything one needs. We sat on balcony and saw dolphins in their natural habitat. Was a great relaxing vacation and recommend to everyone. Esther and Ryan were great host and if I needed them, they responded immediately. Thank you again and will definitely go back again.

Nice Beach Time

Condo was cute and has a great view. Kitchen and bathroom were more than adequate. My only recommendation would be to replace the hide-a-bed, it was super thin and shrink wrapped in hard plastic so I ended up sleeping on the couch instead which wasn't a big deal. Also, no pillows or blankets provided other than what was on the main bed. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Amazing view

This is a cute condo. It is a great location. Two restaurants just a block away. The view is spectacular. Setting on the balcony is calming. Lots of supplies in the condo for your beach experience. Definitely going back.

Listen to the Waves

You can enjoy the crashing waves and wake up to the sun in this penthouse studio. Beach is wide and very walkable. Fun to watch beachgoers from the balcony. Pool is large and inviting with tables, chairs and lounge chairs around it. The building is a little dated, but ok. Hallways on floors need a bit of TLC. No one was in the office during our entire stay, but owners gave prompt answers to any questions. The Smart TV was smarter than we were, so we had a bit of trouble getting to regular channels such as ESPN. All in all we had a good stay and it suited our needs.

Great Get Away

Check in was easy. Location is great. Staff were friendly. Pool was heated. Beach was clean. We were able to see a space shuttle take off from the pool. The balcony was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious. Overall fantastic get away location for an active couple.

Bike Week getaway

We completely enjoyed the unit we stayed in. It was very clean well equipped and awesome view. Only issue we had was with the building manager. He was very rude and treated the bikers as they were not welcome. But this is no reflection on the owner or the unit
