Varje sovrum har en platt-TV. Njut av en vacker uteplats med massor av sittplatser, grill och eldstad. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet; Wi-Fi och kabel för att hålla kontakten. Home ligger 35 minuter från Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor Maine och 25 minuter till Schoodic Peninsula - Acadia National Park, Winter Harbor Maine. 15 minuters bilresa till Ellsworth för lokala shopping i stadens centrum, livsmedelsbutiker och LL Bean outlet. 5 minuters bilresa till natursköna Tidal Falls (bild). Vårt hem är centralt beläget för att njuta av miles från Downeast Maine kusten och allt det har att erbjuda.

Clean and comfy

We had a great stay, house was clean and easy to get to. It's about 25 minutes from Mount Desert island and there are plenty of trails and things to do within 5 minutes. Overall great experience and vacation.

Great place to stay!

Located between the main park and Schoodic peninsula. This house is a great getaway that I would recommend to all. House is well equipped and dog friendly.

Just perfect

Very nice house enjoyed our stay. Nice to be away from the hustle of closer to the park. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and we used it each day. Setting out back and enjoying the woods setting. Will recommend and if in the area will stay again.

Our favorite place to stay

This is our 2nd year renting with the owner, we love the house and location. The house is so clean and stocked with enough towels, kitchen necessities, and other things you might need while staying. They even have a grill, outdoor fire pit, outdoor lounge chairs and a patio table. With 2 cottages on the property they are far enough away from each other for privacy and sit back far enough from the road.

Perfect to explore Down East Maine!

My wife and I and 2 hounds spent 2 wonderful weeks at this property. It was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. New appliances and very well stocked kitchen. Great communication when needed. We would recommend to 2 couples or small families looking for a central location to explore, Acadia, Ellsworth, Schoodic Point, Petit Menan, Machias, Milbridge, and beyond. R and J Butcher

Great VRBO experience

The house we stayed at was in a wonderful location. Only about 30 minutes from Schoodic Point and 40 from Bar Harbor and the other side of Acadia. It had all amenities and the host definitely had a mind for details. She thought of everything. Great spot out back to sit by the fire and make s’mores. This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. If you want a higher end experience for not a lot of money, stay here. We also had the opportunity meet the host/owner and she was very pleasant. Great vacation!!

Maine Adventure 2023

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this Hancock ME property, although it wasn't long enough. It appears to be a relatively new build, furnishings are nice, kitchen also. Very clean. Close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park plus many excellent seafood restaurants.

A Quaint Stay

My family and I had an amazing time at this home! It was clean, well organized, the fire pit was amazing, (they left us wood ) and there was some treats left for us in the kitchen! Tiffany was super quick with communication and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here! The house is a perfect location for a various entry points for the park. I highly recommended you stay !

Wonderful time!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. It was new, clean and Tiffany was very sweet when I spoke with her on the phone. It was our first time in Maine and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We enjoyed Acadia National Park with many hiking trips. Its beautiful country. We hope to visit again soon. Clean cute home

This property was perfect for our family of 4 while we visited Acadia National Park. The location is about 30 minutes from the park and while off a main roadway is very peaceful. Home was clean, well taken care of and had nice amenities including fire pit and grill. The hosts were easy to contact and responded immediately. Pictures of property are accurate and the home met all of our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area or visit Acadia.

Maine getaway

This cottage is very clean with all basic amenities we have come to expect at a rental property - linens, towels, enough kitchenware, laundry. Nice fire pit and grill, too. Local art on display. It was some distance to Acadia NP on Mount Desert Island - 25 minute drive. This led us to explore an unexpected treasure of another part of the NP on Schoodic peninsula, and that ended up being our favorite part of the park.

Ideal location

Our first family trip to Maine was beyond what we anticipated. The house was immaculate, check in was seamless, and it was well appointed. Everything we needed including firewood was provided. We toured everything we wanted and more. The less frequented parts of Acadia such as Winter Harbor and the Schoodic Penninsula are less than 10 minutes away. Tidal Falls is right across the street. Bar Harbor is a 20-30 minute drive but well worth it while your driving by amazing scenery.

Acadia/Bar Harbor Getaway

This house is in a great central location to Bar Harbor, Schoodic, and Acadia. Many amenities nearby for supplies or whatever you might need. The house itself is great. It is well-maintained and clean. It has everything you need. The yard is private and well-maintained also. You can’t beat sitting by the fire pit and relaxing after a day of hiking. I appreciate being able to bring my dogs along. Owners are available if needed. This is our third year staying here and we will be back next year. It offers exactly what we need.
