Wonderful !!

We loved this property. So homey and cozy. Plenty of room. Beach access was perfect. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We also enjoyed breakfast on the deck right outside the indoor dining area. That was a treat! The pool and hot tub were so welcoming after a day on the beach. The house also included beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach ball games and towels! (We did wash and return these as instructed). We would certainly rent this house again!!

Fabulous house!

We will absolutely rent this house again! So spacious and kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The views are incredible!!! We were here for my daughter's wedding and this house just made the whole week magical! Kudos for having such a comfortable, clean and fabulous house! IBP

Great vacation home

This home was spacious and perfect for our large family. The view is amazing. It is is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals as well as beach chairs, etc. We look forwarded to another visit to this lovely home.

Almost Perfect

-Location great. Seabrook boardwalks give everyone a long walk to the beach but this house is right next to a boardwalk so as close as you can get. - Kitchen is one of the best. Pantry space. Every conceivable dish and utensil. Oversized fridge. - outdoor space is plentiful with nice view from top floor - beach cart, boogie boards, beach chairs, pool and sand toys abound. -elevator makes moving in and out very easy Room for improvement: - downstairs bathrooms need updating/ improving. Shower doors are almost unusable -mattresses really really need to be replaced -hot tub is old and not clean with only a couple of working jets -pool was not cleaned during our week stay -garbage was not collected as we were told we didn’t need to put dumpsters curbside so we didn’t but apparently you do need to. Our first visit to Seabrook. It is beautiful, and peaceful,

Perfect family vacation venue

We enjoyed our visit at 2240 Catesby. The pool is lovely and beach access is great. Room configuration was perfect for our family of 12 with 5 small children. We particularly appreciated the closet of toys for the kids and the extensive supply of cookware, dishes and serving dishes. The appliances are new and high end.

Beautiful Beach Stay

Pros: Fabulous location, immediately off of the boardwalk with just 400 yds to the water. The beach was clean and absolutely beautiful. Each of the 6 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Large roomy house with plenty of room to spread out. House is perfectly set up for entertaining large groups. Seabrook Island is gorgeous and had plenty of amenities to offer the whole family. Cons: lower bedrooms were lacking extra blankets, there were no beach towels found, minimal dishsoap/detergent/trash bags/paper towels- maybe enough for 2 or 3 days max. The refrigerator/freezer was quite old and had a funny smell-ice was unusable/tasted awful. Vacasa did come out and attempt to fix it. The hot tub was broken, but parts are on order and we were kindly given a credit back. I wish the listing noted all of the beach toys, kids toys inside and the pack'n'play. We ended up renting all of these items from Baby's Away and it was an unnecessary expense. All in all, we would absolutely stay here again. It was a perfect Spring Break getaway with the entire family and we enjoyed every second of it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Loved it

Great property. Great location. Loved the privacy. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy common space and separate areas. Nicely appointed. Spa/hot tub not operable (sensor on order), but didn't prevent our good time. Would love to return.

Not for the price!

We love Seabrook Island, we've been visiting for 25 years. The amenities fell short on this rental. Tried multiple times to get in touch with the property manager re issues and received no response. For the price of the rental, the property was misrepresented.

Wonderful week at Seabrook Island

The location of the house, ocean view, pool, hot tub, and the decks really made our visit incredibly memorable and enjoyable. I felt that the description of the house was accurate. The kitchen was modern and very amenable to cooking large meals for our family. All 10 adults could sit and enjoy time on the various decks, enjoying the view and watching the kids in the pool from all different angles, regardless of the weather. The house was quiet and private, with easy beach access. Only hiccups were that when we first arrived at the house the kitchen was not as clean as it could have been, and there were some stains on the bedroom carpets and some of the bedding (comforters and blankets) looked like they needed to be washed. I contacted Vacasa and they offered to re-clean the house for free, and we were given brand new bedding. Part of our fees up front did include a cleaning fee, so we felt this was appropriate. One of the shower doors in the lower level fell off and injured one of our adult relatives. One of our patio door handles also came off, and the toaster oven malfunctioned. We contacted Vacasa and a service man came out within the next few hours (this was on a Sunday) and addressed all of these issues. There were carpenter ants around the hot tub. These were actually found by the pool technician/lawn technician who came by to check on things early in the week. He took care of the ants and we were able to enjoy the hot tub for the rest of the week. The pool fee is hefty, but we felt it was worth it because the kids really enjoyed the pool every day. The pool was clean and well maintained. It was the second week of March so still chilly and the pool warmth made all the difference. We did call in prior to our visit to ask about the exact type of kitchen appliances that would be included and if there was a DVD player. We were told that there wasn't a DVD player, but later found out there was. We were also told there were only basic kitchen tools, and later found that there were more kitchen items available. This was a special surprise, but it would've been nice if we had been given a little more accurate information to start. Overall, this was a great house. This is a beautiful part of South Carolina. I expect to return in the future.

Beautiful Ocean Front Home

This home is in a perfect location on Seabrook Island. Beautiful quiet area. The house is decorated exquisitely and yet so comfortable for a family to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one would need. The pool is large and can be heated. As a famiky who rents a beach house every year for a week this home we said has the best layout and design.

Gorgeous home in perfect setting

Would stay again for sure. Could have been cleaned better by the service (blankets). Washer didn’t work during our stay making bath and beach towels scarce. Loved the home though and wish we owned this one !
